      Envious is nice. I'm still not likely to use the item, but the green itself is A+ and always will be.

      The umami... eh. It really doesn't feel that different from the hellish counterpart. Lacey cat ears and tail, check. (But, wait! The tail goes a different direction!) Two different dresses. Tippy-toes leaning with a slight angle of "gotta pee". Just a halo in lieu of a coffin, slightly more coverage in the clothing, and a bigger headband. It's still nice! Well pixeled and all. I'll probably pick up a version in colors I like better when it's released. (I do adore the nail polish and hair.) It's simply ... I dunno ... safe, I guess? Ah, well.

      And speaking of Fan from Hell, fantasy tones would be nice. ninja Maybe in the LevEYEathan/Sandworm scheme? (Like this, this, or the ninth pose of this.) It could be delightfully Beetlejuice-esque!

      Or if we're really looking for something different, I think summer is usually when there are balloon festivals. Maybe we can do a historical version of Balloon Ride? Oooh. A more masc-leaning version with a pinstripe suit and curly handlebar mustache! Because I'm weird. I guess it'd still be in the Gaia comfort zone of "men wear formal clothing" but, hey, historical. Fancy buttons and cravats. Top hats. Make it steampunk with nods to watchmaker. A mechanical-looking balloon-and-basket might be neat.

      tldr; Random thoughts are random. And we should totally shake, shake, shake, Señora.

Pass on the goose. I like the scheme, but the item is a no for me

And pass on the umami. I like the idea of connecting an item to another. But it’s just more cutesy ruffles, bows, and animal themes all in one.

The tail makes me think of beavers, maybe one day we can get something other than the same handful of animals if we’re still doing animal themes on items. Beavers would be a cool change.

This is the same style/poses we literally already have. Guess it helps to re-use assets and flip 'em around.

ohh what a cute concept! the idol fan from hell was obsessed with! love it. we mostly only see masc and femme item pairs but its super cute to see a femme pair tbh. i wouldnt mind a masc pair next!

this did make me think that fan from hell was supposed to be a umami or something and it just didnt end up happening in time or something? bc it would have made more sense to release these close to each other (like with how we got day trip on a wednesday right after another item had released the day before) even if they were umamis a week apart. idk im just spitballing i dont think gaia would ever confirm or deny my suspicions rofl

i really love the leg pose (im a big fan of striped socks<3) and the hair is very cute as well. i must say though, i am kind of tired of animal ears being attached to every headband/head accessory. i can find a million animal ear headbands or hats etc, but its really hard to find just plain headbands etc. ik theyre more boring and basic but i like basics crying maybe im just boring idk xd also seems like this style of sleeve has been very popular for new items recently. long sleeves almost covering the palm as well with ribbons attached were in fan from hell as well as gaiajinka off the top of my head. doesnt deter me from buying but its a pattern ive noticed! def will pick up a copy on down the line when gaia eventually releases it in a scheme i like.

I love Envious Mummy Goose awww 🥺♥ I bought one too because I really wanted a recolor of it xD The green eyes geese super adorbs.
And I'm happy to see it in envious! Love the way they used the brown on the hat 👀
Was also getting nervous we wouldn't see envious at all this summer lol. It's been so long since the last item emo

I now wonder how envious wouuld look if recolored like nomina... 👀 Brown heavy with beautiful green and gold details~
But I still very much adore the big chunks of green we get, wouldn't want that to disappear either XD

I get that styles have changed, but I miss when there was more shading on items.
A lot of the time these days it feels like its just the slightest shading near the outline of a pose and it makes some colours look very different to how they used to look.

Its probably a lot faster to make items without shading them like they used to, but I wish there was a bit more going on.
(this item is still very cute regardless)
