Thanks for wording the explanation so eloquently. smile

we all have something.
Konnichiwa!
I'd like to join!

I'm trying to teach myself japanese. I got some books for my birthday, and I know a good site so I'm doing pretty well. I still suck at it though ^^
I was going to take a japanese class, but so far I haven't found anyone where I live *stupit isolated island scream *
I think my most succesfull sentence so far would be: Watashi wa kyou gakkou ni ikimasen. I think this was right for : I didn't go to school today...

I think this thread is a good idea, and I would love to have it a guilt, but guilts cost so much and it's still possible to use just this normal thread, so I don't think it would be nessesary to make a guilt.

And I will be coming here often, I won't just leave forever after this post ^^

Konnichiwa. Genki desu ka? Okay, not sure if I put that last part correctly.. sweatdrop But translated it means: Hello. How are you?

O-genki desu ka. Ii desu.
[How are you? I'm good.]
I took this quiz at memgem and my name in japanese is Nanaki Keiko. Strange...A mountainous Valley is what it said it meant...
