Chibi or doodle? chibi with colored lineart? Whcih color? Background? Or maybe a colored doodle or lineart only? Specify everything here so I can tell you exactly the price.
Avatar: post the avatar you want art from. Don't say 'draw me as I am now' since I might not see your avatar in that moment and you might change it.
Details: if you don't tell me what you want in your piccy, I'll just see what your avi has and come up with a pose/something. If you already have something in mind, tell me here. I might not draw exactly what you asked, but I'll try. Like 'I want my kiki biting my ears', 'make it look funny', 'I must be crying' or something.
