not to be mean or to getcha down, but you will need to look out for scammers when you're renting things out

to be honest, I'm strapped for cash personally *points to quest thread*

cool I know all about scammers and made this place kinda hard/pointless to scam. When people rent my house its still my house im just letting them use it not own it.When they get themes once again,they are still in complely owned by me they just got to pick a way to decorate the house. They could steal costumes,thats why I am useing cheap stuff that still looks good,and if it is expensive item,makeing the renting fee a bit high. and as for renting guests, imposable lol

if you wanna be a rentable guest fill out the form! you get to have fun at partys AND get paid for it! (50g a party)
