--------Introduction
-
--------For my final project in my Multimedia II class we are to find an individual or group and design a
--------flash website for them! The only stipulation for the class is that they must communicate with me
--------during the design process and provide me with their content in a timely manner. Personally I also
--------would like my design to be something that will be used and appreciated by someone, possibly
--------also help them out!

--------In the midst of inflation and other happenings on Gaia I would like to give back to the wonderful
--------artist community we have here by using this project to create what will hopefully be a
--------professional grade, flash art gallery website for an individual or group. That is why I am holding
--------this very short contest. To find the individual or group I will create this site for.

--------Please read all the information below before entering and also understand it is CRITICAL
--------that the chosen winner is online and communicating with me regularly during the
--------next two months to discuss conceptual ideas as well as provide the content for the website.
--------As this is a school project there is a hard and fast deadline that I will have to make. My grade
--------depends on it. If your availability will be bad in the next few months and would therefore be
--------an issue please be considerate of me and do not even enter. Also understand that final
--------design decisions will be in my hands as it is my design, but my goal will be to work with
--------you to create your vision, perhaps something beyond what you have ever conceived!

--------Directions
-
--------Exact directions are located inside the form itself. But here are a few other things you should know.

--------> Any style/medium of art is acceptable: photography, digital, painting, design work, etc.
--------- if you do multipul mediums that is fine as well. Everything is acceptable, including written work.
--------Just be aware with written work that I have a reading disability and cannot read more than just
--------a few paragraphs of anything on my own. In general also please keep in mind Gaia's ratings
--------when posting links.

--------> Do not worry about the format of your art, just have them uploaded online somewhere
--------and link me to them in the form. Please also make sure that your images are large enough
--------that I can tell what I am looking at as well!

--------> Feel free to post more than just five samples if you do not feel that submitting only five
--------pieces will encompases and show me all that you do.

--------> It is okay if you are not sure of what concept/direction you want to go in for a website
--------yet. Those areas of the form are just to see if you have ideas. This wont lessen your chances.
--------The big thing is your personality/availability and body of work.

--------> Fill out the forms to the best of your ability, if I have any problems or questions regarding
--------your submission I will PM you, so have PMs not set to just friends only please.

--------Everything else should be fairly clear on the forms themselves But if you have questions please post here or PM me.

--------The Fine Print
-
--------I will not be responsible for updating the created website for ever after. I am making this
-------- for my school project, when it is done it is done. I am too busy to be your permanent web
--------master! I will do my best to make content areas editable in some way so you can update
--------it for yourself. But keep in mind that you WILL need to have some website ability to
--------maintain this yourself later, or have a friend that can do it for you.

--------I maintain all design rights to the website, as I am the designer and will use it in my
--------book (portfolio). The winner will have the benefit of having it be custom made for them
--------and will have full usage rights of the design to use as their personal site.

--------You may not resell or alter my design in any way, except to upload or update new
--------content or information to your site.

--------If you feel the desire to tip me with virtual gold or art it is allowed and appreciated.
--------But do not mention it unless you are the winner. The reasoning behind this is I do
--------not want any sort of bribing going on here. If I was after gold or art for this it would
--------be an auction or something along those lines.

--------Please be aware because of how the school website structure is set up I
--------do not know how to go in and edit it now. That is the only reason there are
--------any sort of broken links on a website built by me. I am obsessive about
--------making things work correctly.

--------Unfortunately I have no other samples because this semester is my first time touching flash in years.
--------However, I would like everyone to know that I am a senior in college getting my Communication Design degree.
