The request form is mostly there for those that what me to draw Original Characters, and/or have something specific in mind. It is very detailed so that I may have an understanding of what you want. If you want me to do art of, say, your avi and you want to leave things up to me then you can just tell me your User Name and Request Type. Same goes for if you want to leave things up to me and have a picture of the Original Character you want me to draw to use as referance.
