Hello everyone, welcome to the Second is as Good as First 25k lotto. After aquainting myself with the rules of lottories I have come up with what I hope will be a successful one. The winner of this lotto will be determined by http://www.randomizer.org and will be notified upon the closing of the lotto.

RULES

Lotto Rules:
1. Cost of each ticket will be 500g. This price is non-negotiatable.
2. Buying more than 1 ticket is encouraged and will increase your odds of winning.
3. Winner of prizes will be different users.
4. If you have 2 winning tickets you will be given highest valued one and the lower prize will go to next in line.
5. The prizes of this lotto will be made up of the ticket fees.
6. All tickets are on a first come first serve basis.
7. Please title your trades like "Lotto Tickets # - #", If not I will assume it is a donation.
8. Just in case, I will be keeping track of purchased tickets offline in Microsoft Excel.

Bumping Contest :
1. If you enter the lotto please feel free to enter the bumping contest.
2. If you have won in the lotto and are the #1 bumper, you will recieve the lotto prize and the #2 bumper will recieve the prize. This will continue until there is a different user for each prize.
3. Please number your bumps if you are planning to compete.
4. 1 post that says "bump" thirty times is still one bump.
5. Winner will be notified at end of lotto.

General Rules :
1. Try to use proper grammar.
2. Be polite
3. Just have a fun time biggrin
4. Please PM me with any questions or comments you may have.
5. This is not a sticky so all bumps are appreciated.
