Okokok...so Ive taken enough college courses to know that American commerce is based on a system of cheques and balances, supply and demand, etc. That being said, my flatsale prices have dropped. Take a looksie. Im more interested in having people own my pets than making a huge profit. I hope this makes everyone more comfortable *grins happily*

1. No harassing/trolling.

2. Do not alter/steal lineart. If you want to try your hand at coloring, just let me know. You may end up with a job. But please, just let me know. I don't like people trying to be shneekie with me.

3. Do not alter/steal pets. I work hard on these. It takes a lot of time. If you want a change, just let me know and I will send you clean lineart.

4. No Begging. This is annoying to everyone in the thread. If you see a Nyakin that you really want, chances are someone else does to, its only fair to see how the flatsale/auction will play out.

5. Try to keep personal disputes out of thread. Again, this is my shop. If you have a problem with me, just let me know. If you are having a problem with someone in my thread, just take it out of my shop and keep it to PMs.

6. No Roleplaying in this thread. This is my shop...and there is a roleplay thread here: Nyakin Roleplay Thread

7. No advertising for mates. Your pets are to be treated just as you'd wish to be treated in a relationship. Just keep that in mind please. (this is a rule from Meeki @ the Faekats. She knows her stuff *nodnod*)

8. No purchasing pets until debts are paid off. I take this very seriously. If you owe me money.

9. No trading or selling your Nyakins. There will be some exceptions made if you are leaving Gaia. PM me to find out the rules.

1. Is there a limit on the number of Nyakins I can own? Nope. But once you own 5 pets, you have to stick to auctions or customs once I open that section.

2. Can they breed? Yes, they can. But only as adults. Teen can flirt and be silly. Babehs cannot even flirt, they are of course, only babehs.

3. There's no sale!?!?! How can I get one? Be patient. I will eventually open up customs, but not yet.

4. I have my Nyakin, where's a mate? Please take mating seriously. I do not want to see two pets getting together, then trying to break up. I won't allow this. If you make the commitment with another player to mate pets, then that is it. If you characters decide to stop mating, then you will not be granted another mate. I keep track of who owns what.

5. How long before a mate can be official? This is another thing that I am borrowing from Meeki. Take 2 weeks of roleplaying your characters. Make sure that the players get along as well as the characters.

6. I only have 50 gold, can I still buy one? No, I'm sorry, but I expect at least 1/2 of payment upon delivery of your pet.

7. Can they breed? Yes.

8. How many babies can they have? The pets that I am creating now will have no more than 2 eggs per pair. There is only one me, and I can only color so much. Later on this rule may change.

9. Can I pay more gold to have more babies? No, not until I can handle more work. Again this may change later, but not yet.

10. When will my Nyakin grow? There are 4 stages to your pets' life: eggie, babeh, teen, and adult. The whole process will take about 1 month. If you don't want to wait for an egg, be patient and purchase a full grown Nyakin from a flatsale.

11. Can I sell the babehs? No, babehs cannot be sold or traded. If you don't want to keep the babehs, then don't breed your pets.

12. What about a custom? Customs will be offered from time to time. They are eggies only right now and go for 8.25k. PM me with your colors and send a trade if you want one. Egg grow until they are teenaged. It costs 2k more to grow them. Please direct link your eggie until it is a teen so you can grow it>.<

Nyakin - This is the base name for all of the pets here.

Ashi Neko -

The race of Egyptian Cats. They stand about 5 feet tall and are very smart and easily can find their way both in and out of trouble. Thier ability to problem solve is amazing. They hold no alignment, and can be good one day, and decide to be devinely evil the next. Because if this, their personalities are hard to pin down.

Karen Usagi -

These beautiful rabbits are about 5'6" tall, very swift and are inately good natured. They have a tendency to be timid, but can grow to be ostentatious once they get to know someone. It is their nature to help out those in need. It has also been said that they may have inate healing abilities.

Deki Inu -

This is the most honest of all the races. They are loyal to their owners and friends alike. When this race falls in love, they do so with their whole hearts, making them far more careful when they fall in love because they are far more likely to have their hearts broken.

Flatsales will be held at least once a week. There will be no more than 5 possible Nyakins for sale, including eggies. Auctions will be held whenever I have a chance. I currently have 2 other colorist working on auctions: Kimie Kitty and Chinchillie. They will set the starting prices at they see fit. I do not allow sniping in my auctions, therefore, a colorist or myself may close an auction at anytime to prevent this from happening.

All of the Nyakin grow in four stages: egg, babeh, teen, and finally adult:

1. Eggs - Eggs start out as a shell of what your Nyakin will look like. They come in three forms: Angel, Devil, and plain. The wings tell all. Each egg has its wings already once laid. This is a defense mechanism of the Nyakin.

2. Babehs - Once your egg hatches, you get your babeh. Babeh's are not fully formed yet, they have no hair and no truly identifyling features. They look very similar to their eggs. Since they are babeh, remember to RP them as such. Think of a human baby when playing your Nyakin Babeh.

3. Teens -Your babeh has grown up! Now able to talk in full and complete sentences, your teen can communicate with all Nyakin. Like all teens, they get frustrated and angry. They are allowed to get mouthy to whomever adopted them. But, even though they are almost full-grown, they cannot fall in love. They can flirt, but only lightly.

4. Adults - This is the final stage. Your Nyakin can now fully socialize, including mating and breeding. You ar enow ready to really take your Nyakin "out for a spin". Have fun and enjoy your new pet!
