Well, A looooong time ago (like a year) I had a little otter shop that closed down due to lack of interest from the owners.

Do you have experience with it?: Lots, taken classes on different aspects of it, been using it for a couple years now.
What FTP program do you use?: I don't have one unfortunately, though I can get one I quickly learn how to use almost any program.
