Lenta's Info

Lenta is painfully shy. She's always worried about how she's dressed, how she acts, and what other people think of her. Deep down, she just wants to be normal, but she's gotten used to the fact that she won't ever be. Lenta tries to put everyone before herself, and is very giving, even when she's got nothing to give. She loves kids, and feels comfortable around them, because she knows kids won't ever think badly of you and don't care how you act or talk. She's raised several 'children', including Mauli, and Mauli's daughter Kailee. She's not so sure how she's gonna train Warrick just yet, but with Mauli's swordfighting skills, Kailee's knowledge of armor, and her own skill with martial arts, they should be able to help Warrick through his training.</center>

"It looks so old..." Warrick murmured, stepping into the bedroom that his new guardian had chosen for him. Well, more like his guardian's main charge, Mauli... The anthro monkey-girl had taken quite a liking to the new member of 'her' household. The comment about the room being old didn't bother her; the whole blinkin' MANSION was old, and the states of the various rooms only mirrored that fact. Instead of retorting with a sarcastic comment, Mauli stepped forward, placing a hand on Warrick's shoulder.

"You'll get used to it." She answered, squeezing his shoulder lightly. Warrick snorted.

"How long do you think i'll be here?" He asked warily, turning to look up at Mauli. Mauli shrugged, pulling her hand away. She jammed both into her pockets, blinking down at the little knight boy.

"For as long as it takes to train you, I suppose." She muttered, her brow furrowing. How long WAS he going to stay? She wasn't sure. Lenta hadn't really given her any specifics; she had just left Warrick with the pirate-girl and gone up to her study. Typical mother... "Hopefully not that long. You're a pretty smart kid, you'll catch on to what you've gotta learn in no time flat."

"Thanks, Mauli." Warrick replied, flashing her a quick smile before stepping further into the room. "Man, this place needs an air freshener, or something... It smells musky."

"Again, you'll get used to it." Mauli replied, a grin spreading across her face. "Along with the shadows... And the constant interruptions, and the background noise, and all of the other little quirks this place has."

Warrick swallowed visibly, eyes widening as he turned to look back at Mauli.

"Sh-shadows?"

Mauli just winked, then turned, talking over her shoulder as she left the room.

"Swords are in the dresser's top drawer if you need to beat one back. Big ones won't venture down here, though. Good luuuuck~!"

Warrick swallowed again, then shivered, wrapping his arms around himself as he surveyed the room with shining eyes.

"Hooboy.... Wait'll the guys in Tyre hear about this..."
