Questing had been a large part of Gaian culture since the beginnning. A person sets their sights on a particular item, and with time, and some determaination, they obtain their goal item. There are an unlucky few who fail at their quests. The number of failed quests grow everyday. The Tangled In Starlight Charity was created to ensure that as many people as possible will get what they want here on Gaia.

Read through the first few posts of the charity, and make sure to check out the rules. It will help you in the long run. Only apply for a donation for your quest after you have read and understand the rules.

The Tangled in Starlight Charity is one, if not the only charity with a set out reach program. What is an out reach program? Well an out reach program means that I as the roving donator surf through the many quest threads and collect the names of those gaians I believe to deserve an unrestricted donation..

Now you might ask: do I need one of those fancy threads with all the pictures and different categories? Well to answer that question I will state no. What I am looking for in these threads are personality, determination, and politeness. This is not to say that I won?t consider certain types of threads over others.

What I the roving donator look for in a thread. The mechanics
I will look first at threads of 9 posts and last at threads of 200
I will not consider threads whose owners have already received numerous donations from others.
I speak proper English so if I cant understand what it says as in netspeak I wont look at it.
I am the true charity donator. I don?t donate to the rich only the poor.
