Finding-

Kitiarou frowned, poked the plant that twitched, and sat back on her heels. This plant was black, white, grey, purple, and brown. But. No matter where she looked, or how she racked her brain, she couldn't figure out the name of this plant. THe only thing she knew was that it was probably commonly refered to as a weed. Another thing she couldn't explain was the strange reluctance she felt whenever she left the dang thing. She knew she had an odd affinity towards the color purple, and black and white always appealed to her, but to suddenly find a weed with those colors with slightly disturbing. She poked it again, and got the distinct feeling that the plant was getting annoyed with her, but couldn't do anything to make her stop. "Yeah. Feel annoyed. That's how I'm feeling." She frowned and tugged at her hair, glaring at the plant as if it was the cause of all her problems. Which...it was....in a way.

Finally Kitiarou let out an annoyed/frustrated growl and stood, fishing around in her many pockets for something. She finally came up with twelve ball-point pens, three pencils, an eraser, an old gumwrapper, a paperclip, and some string she'd pulled off of her baggy pants. Carefully she wedged the pens around the plant, glad that the thing had decided to sprout in the crumbiling cement outside of her house, and strang the string around the pens. It wouldn't do for the lawn mower guy to chop the thing down when it clearly had fought it's way to fresh air. Not that the idiotic man would see her pen barricade anyway. Dang useless people! Why did she pay him twenty a cut anyway? ...oh...yeah...she was too lazy to cut her own dang lawn herself.

Ahem. Kitiarou brought her attention back to the plant, which seemed a little more happier now that she'd done something towards claiming it. Maybe once she figure out how to transplant the stupid weed she would stop fearing for its safety. Which was weird in its self, because she never thought twice about plucking a daisy from the ground, or harvesting some clover for dinner. She shook her head and adjeusted her shoulder bag and went inside, wondering why her heart felt a little fuller, as if she'd just adopted another pet.
Kitiarou srpinkled the clear liquid carefully over the vibrantly purple bulb, watching amusedly as the plant shivered with glee. Jescobre had commented about how the thing had shaken it's wing like leaves at him as he had walked past, as if warning him that it was there. Of course the orange haired wizard was thrilled that they finally had another unique beasty, and had talked her ear off. Itzuki, her poor gothic loli was wairy of the plant, then again, he was wairy of all of her pets. Zax, her essence, seemed amused at the plants antics, because of the fact he was created from her DNA and energy, apparently the plant had a hard time telling the two of them appart, and so simply treated him like it treated her; with enthusiasim and welcome.

She stood and brushed her tail off, flipped her hair over her shoulder and walked back inside, Zax bounding up the stairs after her, his purple and blue paws making little sound as he pushed the door open.

Behind her the plant quivered in farewell, and seemed to grow a little larger.
The door slamed shut before the fuming woman, her gray eyes snapping silent fire as she stormed into the bathroom, shoving bottles and boxes out of the way a little more harshly then she should have. A mop of green peeked curiously from the doorway, before the teal eyed boy made his way in. "What happened this time?" Itzuki asked, spotting the blood with no small amount of alarm. "Damned Lawn Mower guy tried to chop down that plant!"
"You mean Folly?"
"No, I mean the nonexistant fern. Of course I mean Folly!"
"Geeze, you don't have to snap my head off." Itzuki muttered, wrapping Cessy's hand gently with gauze and cotton. The blood had washed away, leaving shallow gashes. "Your just lucky Cobra transfigured the pens into small metal stakes, or we'd have to deal with ink poisoning as well."
"Yeah well...I'm just lucky he did, aren't I?"
"Uh huh." Zax took that time to pad in, looking quite smug. "You told him off didn't you?" Cessy asked her grinning essence. "But of course. Needless to say, he's not going to be quite so careless now."
Her hand had taken a while to heal, and every time she saw that...that man she gave him the evil eye. He had taken to avoiding her when at all possible, when before he had stayed around, hoping for something. Whatever it was, she hadn't given it to him. Now he merely came to collect his check before speeding off. As he should have done in the first place.

She filled the watering can from the tap and headed outside, humming a fairly angry song to herself she opened the door, only to drop the watering can at the sight of the beast infront of her. Softly glowing cerulian eyes pinned her to the spot, as the purple creature bared its fangs at her. It sniffed the air and seemed to brighten up and loose the agressiveness it had held. It hurred softly and stood sliding over a few feet to where the water lay spilled, and started to drink. "Uhhh..." Cesium said intelligently, just watching the thing. "F-Folly?" The creature flicked its tail at her and briefly looked up, then went back to filling its belly with water. "Yes Cessy. That is Folly." Zax said, peeking out from underneath the rose bush. "You should have seen her transformation! It was superb!"
"Do you even know what Superb means?"
"Hahaha woman. I think she wants your attention."

Cesium looked down and sure enough, the demonic plant was try to touch her, but seemed to be hitting an invisible wall. The purple haired girl blinked and walked a few feet forward, and was promptly pounched upon by the creature. It sat on her, and stared into her eyes, before nuzziling her, delighted by the scent of blood as her sharp spines sliced through skin. "H-Hey now! None of that you hear!" Cessy said, knocking the beast off of her. "If you want blood your going to have to make due with pre-packedged stuff!"

Folly seemed to wilt at her words, but grudgingly stopped attacking her owners ankles in hopes of more of the sweet liquid. As Cesium dissapeared back into the house she had to wonder just how she ended up with two blood sucking pets.
Cessy hada faintly disgusted look on her face as she sat on the steps to her home, holding her vampire baby in one arms, a bottle of blood in the other, her gaze on the feeding frenzy of her pet. Folly practially unhinged her jaw in her attempts to guzzle the meat slab faster. "Jeeze. It's as if you weren't fed four hours ago, you beast! I just hope you know better then to eat any who reside in this house." She muttered, looking down when Korry tugged on a lock of her hair. "Aye? Oh, you want your bottle." She gave the baby his bottle as she watched Folly lick at the bloodstain on the concrete, and shook her head. At the rate she was going, she was going to have to start up a cattle ranch, just to be able to feed the thing. "Ah well. Your worth it ya freak." She said, and went back to her cloud watching, ignoring the small crowd of shocked bystanders that had gathered to stare at her pet.
Folly felt full and vaugly happy, thouse happiness was a foreign emotion to her. She knew anger, dispair, bloodlust, envy... but happiness was a rare thing. Content with a belly full of warm blood and meat she lay down underneath the bush that Zax so often hid under. She'd chased him away one day, and had made the spot her own nest. She still couldn't move father then the front yard, but that was fine with her. She'd ventured up to the steps on more then one occasion, but the frigidness of the inside of the wooden nest made her shiver. She disliked the cold. Outside it was nice and humid, and her pet was a strange one indeed. She had started to build a glass nest, only to abandon it and have the orange haired one work on it. Either way he had it up faster then her pet had, and now there were plants in there. It looked very cozy inside, but she hadn't been invited in, so she assumed it wasn't done yet.

She licked her lips and dug her claws into the dirt, and rested her head on her paws. Mmm, it was time for a nap.
Teal eyes narrowed in distaste as she watched a pair of booted feet walk past her cubby hole. She wasn't allowed to touch this one, or the orange haired male would do something painful to her. She understood though, that this red haired male was orange haired males mate, and that he was very protective of him. But what was a little blood between family? Spilt blood always made her tummy feel better.

.....But then pet had to go and say no too. It wasn't fair! All she wanted was one little sip...but no. Red hair also had magic like orange hair. And magic made her tummy upset. Grr... Why wouldn't that stupid dog from next door come back? He was always good to chew on.
Folly yawned and pawed at her fully tummy, laying on the soft soft grass in the sun. Her tendril waved lazily in the air, mirroring her mood. It was a nice lazy day, and Pet had been nice enough to give her more then her usual portion of blood and meat. She rolled over, it was time for a nap, if the sleepy feeling was anything to go by. And the sun wasn't too hot either. Hurr....nap.
