Soft grey eyes stared back as random yet matching colors were stroked across the pale skin surronding them. She bit her lower lip slightly annoyed at the crashing and thumping going on in the background. Rolling her eyes at the four creating the sounds she began pulling her hair back in a unique style and splashing streaks of purple, green and white on the black strands. She hooked in a few flashing hair clips, and tied in a few glowsticks. Another crash and another bang, it was starting to bug her and she debated on going and breaking whatever was going on up, but instead she turned her music up to drown out the sound.
Is this true, my love
or am I a fake?
The last day
Better I would get away
I'm scared that
I won't find a thing
and afraid
that I'll turn out to be alone

She began to hook her jewelry on around her neck when she felt a small tugging on her pants. She yanked them up so they wouldn't slip off her body and looked down at the figure tugging on them. The tanned face staring back at her looked childish beneath the black hair that encased it. The turqoise gem on Oceane's hairband flashed in the lights of the room.

"What's the matter Oceane?" She asked as if Oceane would respond, which she never did. She was shy, like a small child that hid behind his mother. She always had been and Videl didn't understand why she thought she'd one day wake up with Oceane screaming 'Arr, I be a pirate!'

The little faerie took her 'mothers' hand and dragged her out into the living room where the three bunbiis were tormenting each other. Videl crossed her arms and tapped one of her feet in hopes of not having to forcefully seperate them 'Dream on V, you know that'll never happen.' She sighed and rolled her eyes as she headed into the pits of hell.

She grabbed the back of Vivi's neck and then picked Sumomo up and threw her over her shoulder. Chrysanthemum looked up at her as a childish it-wasn't-me grin creeped across her face. Videl sat Vivi and Sumomo down and held out her hand knowing one of them had something to give her. Vivi looked away and quietly handed her the glowstick she had bought earlier that day. As the glowstick was placed in her hand the sudden rush of being in the room, body to body, glowstickers, raving dancing, the thrill of the pounding music vibrating through her body, swirled into her. She was told this wasn't an ordinary glowstick, and of course it wasn't, if it was it wouldn't work any longer, it had been sitting in the sun for days, months maybe years but it still worked.
Videl staggered into her room, feeling around for the light she flicked it on and flopped backwards down onto her bed. The soft lull of Veridis Quo playing in the background. It had been a long day, both of her new faerie eggs had hatched and they were now flitting playfully around her. It reminded her of when she was a nanny, one of those days where the kids just won't settle down.
"Tinsel, Cora, leave mother alone," Oceane's voice was soft and gentle, only recently had she begun to talk. Videl assumed it was because she had become attatched to the new members of the house, they were her own kind.
Tinsel was very sweet, she was a moon faerie but you wouldn't know it by listening to her. She's loud and outgoing and a little bit of a pest. But she's graceful and she always seems at peace with her innerself.
Cora on the other hand is dark and dreary. A little gothic faerie, she's attatched herself to Videl, and all the weird and dark things she has hidden in her room.

Oceane grabbed both of the little faeries wings like a mother would grab the ears of her fighting children and dragged them out of the room. Videl reminded herself to thank Oceane later and rolled over onto her stomach. Her day had indeed been long. She got home at like 3am from the rave, and at 6am the eggs hatched and she had little faeries flittering about and bothering her. Even more so she had to deal with the bad mood of a close friend. Fighting with him always made her physically ill and this was no exception.

She tossed herself over onto her back again and reached for her pillow when she heard soft sounds of crying mixed with music she had heard played at the rave. It was an awkward combination to hear and she wondered where it was coming from.
She got up and started walking toward the sound. SShe stopped at her dresser and began picking up each item she had laying there and listening to it. She picked up the glowstick, the rush once again swirling into her. She placed it next to her ear and her eyes widened. The crying was coming from the glowstick.
