Writting contest! HALLOWEEN EDITION. I know this is in the wrong section, but people will see it. You can post your pieces in the Writers Section.
The idea is to write some related to Halloween. This can be either terrifying or funny, but horror is the prefered genre.
Short stories and poems would be accepted.
Poems would have to be at LEAST four verses, and short stories a maximum of the equivalent of two pages typed, single spaced.
Prizes? I don't know! I'd give them 1000 gold.
Judges? Well, whoever is good and asks.
What do you think, guys? Should this go?

yeah, that sounds like a great idea! I don't celebrate Halloween myself, but it would be interesting to see poems and short stories about it.

A lovely idea! It'd be great to have more festivity in the guild. It's just a shame I can't write! Perhaps I can find something else to use my talents on that would be worthy participation for Halloween.

It's a good idea.
I'm not very good at writing, but I'm sure there are lots of people in this guild who wouldn't mind showing off their talents with a chance to earn a prize.

Sounds awesome! But to get to the Halloween deadline is kind of pushing it... that leaves us with about a week. We have to get it organized.
