Okay, it's mostly just passwords for now, but yeah. I was able to hook my Wii up to my sister's broadband long enough to download both Pokemon Ranch and Pokemon Rumble WiiWare games.
In case you've missed it, the official Pokemon Rumble website has released two codes to get unlock rare pokemon in the game. I'll be updating this list as I come across more, and feel free to add any you come across as well!!

I haven't had a chance to try out the Shaymin one yet, but I already added Mew. It works like a charm, and Mew is really helpful against the pokemon I've come across so far. I've only made it to the Rank B level so far, though. I haven't had time to play since Friday. sweatdrop
