In addition to the colourist we already have, we're looking for
two or three basic, full-time colourists, and
one or two part-time/guest colourists. The basic, full-time colourists are expected to colour pets for
every event, where the part-time/guest colourists can nominate to colour in whichever event they choose. The requirements and expectations are listed below.
Basic Tryout Requirements:
• First and foremost, do not apply if you do not think you can commit to the shop
• Must be able to work with .PSD files and be able to save as .PNG/.JPG files
• You must be able to use and work with the shop's templates
• Preferably know how to cert your own pets
• Working for no more than three other shops
• Using preset brushes is allowed, tastefully; know how to make it look like
the marking is actually on the pet and not just stamped over the top
Basic Hired Requirements:
• Remember that you're being hired as an employee of the shop; if you slack off on your work,
don't meet the quality standards or don't meet deadlines, don't expect to keep your job
• Complete all stages of a pet and have it uploaded to the Photobucket before the deadline;
we won't sell your pets unless all stages are there
• Know how to cert your own pets and to make transparent .PNG uncerts
(if unsure we will help you!)
• Be able to accept constructive criticism; we won't make you redo anything major, but there may be
a few suggestions and touch-ups here and there
• You must be active in the guild; this will be my main means of communicating with you regarding the shop
• Participate in the planning of events and contribute ideas
• Be able to complete two - three sets per month; not including events. For events, you must be able to complete
three - four sets plus one for a freebie (game, RP contest ect.); we plan on ideally having one event per two months
Basic Colourist Perks and Pay:
• 75% of all flatsales, raffles, breedings ect.
• 90% of all customs
• One free pet per month, to do with what you wish (no edits)
• One pet trade slot per month
• Two custom slots per month

Okay, so Corrupt isn't that great at line edits. And by not great, she means she fails. So we're looking for
two or three advanced colourists that are able to
do lineart edits. The requirements and expectations are listed below.
Advanced Tryout Requirements:
• First and foremost, do not apply if you do not think you can commit to the shop
• Must be able to work with .PSD files and be able to save as .PNG/.JPG files
• You must be able to use and work with the shop's templates
• Preferably know how to cert your own pets
• Working for no more than two other shops
• Using preset brushes is allowed, tastefully; though being an advanced colourist I'd prefer if you didn't
• Be able to do lineart edits that suit the lineart, and shade them to suit the template
Advanced Hired Requirements:
• Remember that you're being hired as an employee of the shop; if you slack off on your work,
don't meet the quality standards or don't meet deadlines, don't expect to keep your job
• Complete all stages of a pet and have it uploaded to the Photobucket before the deadline;
we won't sell your pets unless all stages are there
• Know how to cert your own pets and to make transparent .PNG uncerts

• 100% of all bribes
• One free pet per month, to do with what you wish (edits allowed but passed by Corrupt)

Not really open at the moment. If you're interested, post in the thread and I might consider opening applications.
