IDEA
Every night the sun sets into the sea or depending on your perspective into the earthly horizon. When the two elemental bodies merge and the elements combine an elemental pearl or sphere is created. From these come children and they have special elemental properties of either mostly dominant earth, fire, or water.


STAGES
Elemental Crystal - Sprite - Child - Adult
Breeding pairs do not have a sunset stage. Sunset stages disappear shortly after the pet is paid for. You can only get the adult by RP. You can not breed unless you make the last stage. Therefore, if you do not RP you can not breed.

NOTE
Female sprites have an intuitive capability to find other sprites. It grew from a need to find their children if they became lost, and because sprites randomly appear all over the planet, and sometimes on the moon or other planets (where ever sunsets happen!.) Because male sprites do not bare children they do not have a homing device. The males (naturally born) tend to get "lost" and are rare to find, in which the community is almost entirely female. The females use this tracking ability to also find the perfect match, the soul mate, but the ability to distinctly feel out for the mate not just every sprite does not happen until they are adults. It is a joyous time for celebration when a mate is found.

THE ELEMENTS
[Basic Elements]

-Fire: When more traces of fire remain from the water/earth sunset.
-Water: When more water remains from the water sunset.
-Earth: When more water remains from the earth sunset.
-Air: When neither sun, water, or fire is predominant, but there is not a lack of elements.
-Air is always present on Earth so this one is most random of the basic elements.

[Rare Elements]
-Dark: When NO Elements Remain/Sunset Occurs Too Late
-Light: When ALL Elements Remain/Sunset Occurs Too Early

[Second Elements - From Breeding Only]
-Wind: From Water + Fire Fire heats water to create steam.
-Ice: Water + Dark Without light water cools to create ice.
-Energy: Wind + Water Wind and rain create storms and lighting is born.
-Rock: Earth + Dark Without Light or Water Earth can harden into rock.

STAGES
Stage 0 - Sunset When a flat sale is soon to take place a sun will pop up on the front page and in the posts. As it gets closer to flat sale time the image will slowly change to a setting sun. After the sun has set, a cluster of crystals is left behind and the flat sale starts that day or the next when someone makes a "discovery." On the day the flat sale is officially open, the cluster is split up into a number of crystals.
Stage 1 - Crystal First stage in a cert. This is your first true stage. It is the crystal you find, buy or receive etc. depending on the shop prompt/story. Its so beautiful you proudly display it for everyone to see.
Stage 2 - Elemental Sprite Its been sitting in your display case or on your desk being pretty, but something is amiss. If you look around you might find a little fire sprite trying to set your homework on fire, or a little water sprite swimming with your goldfish. (Or any other type of sprite doing something cute and playful.) You can now have pet pets/familiars.
Stage 3 - Sunset Child Basically as your sprite grows it develops more into a human. It does not lose its elemental abilities but they become less noticeable and less raw. You should help your child master its element or they may never know how to use it, and as they grow they will lose their powers as they become more human without training. In this stage you can buy clothes and accessories at the mini-shop. To breed you must RP.
Stage 4 - Elementalist Only available through training and RP. If you've trained your child and RP'd then your pet will make the final stage. They are now a fully fledged adult and have NOT lost the power to use the element they were born with, and thus they can have children with elemental powers. You can not buy clothes and accessories at this stage. User Image(At this time.)

What's so great about a 1ooog gift certificate?
Its not a 1ooog gift certificate! It gets higher every time tickets are added to the list.

How do I get tickets? And how much higher does the certificate go?

1 You can buy tickets for 50g each. Every time 10 are sold the amount goes up 100g.
2 You can add any Sunset Children banner from the post near the bottom of the page to your siggy. For every day that you bump here with it you get 3 tickets! For every 10 free tickets given the amount on the certificate goes up 50g.
3 Refer people to carry the banner and participate in the raffle. For each new person that adds your name to the "first time" code below you will get FIVE tickets! Make sure to remind them that they NEED to post your name when they use the "first time" code! Cause if they don't you don't get the tickets! I will also increase the amount on the certificate 50g for each person referred.
4 If your new referral buys tickets at any time before or after getting free tickets you will get a bonus of three more tickets and the certificate will go up 50g. One time per referral.
5 Sometimes I might reward people with tickets for hanging out and bumping here and there, or randomly increase the amount on the certificate. (NO BEGGING I could take tickets away for begging.)
6! OMG! If you get someone to HELP with my shop. For every one person you refer that fills out an application form in the hiring thread (first post red link) that has a complete and valid application (no random people with NO experience or samples) you will get three tickets, and the certificate will go up 100g. IF I LOVE THEM AND I HIRE THEM RIGHT AWAY YOU'LL GET TEN TICKETS AND I'LL BOST THE CERTIFICATE 500 GOLD!!!!

ANYONE CAN GET TICKETS EVEN FRIENDS AND STAFF.

*smiles sheepishly* sounds like they'd form into little clouds or spirits next.

Maybe the water ones are clouds? (you know, the water cycle one learned in elementary? clouds, rain, rivers, precipitation....) Then when they get older, they can master their slippery forms and chose to become water elementals or spirits of some sort, able to command more than just the water that comprises them.
