For years, I've wandered...
...And searched...
...And seeked...
...And tripped over my foot quite a few times scream .

Now, near the end of it all, I have but one desire: to fulfill my Quest before my Gaia life is over. If I can die wrapped in the silky comfort of the Scarf of the Angels, then I can truly leave behind the legacy of a legend. (Although, technically, I'll still be an active member, so I guess I won't be leaving anything behind yet. But one day, I'll have to, and then I can drop the legend on ya'll)

As an old man, I will be pleased to bless the upcoming, young-whippersnapper-type Gaians who tred the path that I leave behind.

So, whilst thou helpest an old man on his ultimate life quest?

Progress
So Close, Yet so Far Away

Proof of my fellow Gaians' support. I will be updating this amount every 500 gold, so that everyone can witness a dream in progress. I will update the meter in my sig at every 5000 gold interval.

Also, I've decided that this will be the best place to chronicle my efforts, too. You can't help anyone unless they help themselves, so I'll be kinda updating this as an effort log, of sorts. Everyone can see that I'm trying reeeaaalllly hard, here.

--09/16/05: Just did a bit of bumping. Got a few other bumpers, and I've reached a couple of pages. Received a new donation. I have to go to do a Physics experiment for my course before the lab closes, but I hope to be on later today.
--09/17/05: Did a bit more bumpinng, and chatted with E.I.R, my beloved bumper lady. Sold a few sealed envelopes to get a little boost. Earned about 20000 from that. I also purchased 10,000 hits worth of user ads, so I hope that gets the word out
--09/19/05: It took me a lot longer than I anticipated to get my affiliates and my links-out sections hammered out. Have a small banner (courtesy of Tommy-Chan) and a medium button (courtesy of Blueiceraptor). I thank them both. I see that E.I.R has been holding it down for me while I've been gone, and Ameyami took some time from her shop to bump me up a bit. Thank you all. The thread has reached a hundred pages (a la E.I.R and Yami-kun). Perhaps by tomorrow, I'm planning to start putting together some Avvie contests to raise more money.
--09/22/05: Oh My God! It's my first time on in two days. I have tests, quizzes, lab reports, and tutoring sessions coming out of my a**. I haven't had time to do much over the last few days, and I must go now (three lab reports to do, two quizzes to study for, all happening tomorrow). Will have to host the contests once I find a bit more time.
