Have you ever? Poetry, prose... Whatever.
When I get it in my head I do write a thing or two to Selene or Fenrir (patron goddess and god) and I'd love to read what others have wrote to their godheads.
Here's one of my ones to Selene:
To Selene, for when Pains need to be shared.
How the enduring earth gives way to roots
And the wings of ravens flap onward still
In one's mind's eye, it is what you will.
The tender blossom bursts, giving fruits
Spreading succulent and virile shoots
But yet one sees just above yonder hill;
The compass, of a wolf packs' wild commutes,
The ever-glowing vessel of Selene, Moon.
I give to thee announcement of my joy
Where I see my future in the stars
Thine smile in the Sea of Serenity, a hoy
For the pains, etched on my face, flesh-hewn
The pain to be beared by two, 'tis ours.
