1.
Introduction.

The Transgentlemens' Guild is a guild created essentially for those who are beyond the 'normal' standards for a male - these standards are that the person is born physically and psychologically male and they remain so throughout their life.
A Transgentleman, on the other hand, is quite different. It's an arguable term, though essentially they are;

-Someone born physically female yet finds themself to be mentally male
-Someone born physically female yet finds themself to be mentally male and dresses as a male
-Someone born physically female yet finds themself to be mentally male and seeks therapy and hormone treatment to transition to male
-Someone born physically female yet finds themself to be mentally male and seeks therapy and hormone treatment to transition to male, and thenseeks surgery to further the process
-Someone born intersexed who considers themself to be male no matter how their body is
-Someone born physically female but sometimes takes on a male persona for show via cross-dressing and the like - I.E. a Drag King
-Someone born physically female but sometimes takes on a male persona for every day life via cross-dressing and the like

As said, this term is arguable - 'thusly, I am open to ideas as to what else could be included as a Transgentleman. Essentially, though, we are the 'Other' box - people whose gender is more fluid than the usual straight-foward physically and psychologically matching.
The main thing, however, is that we consider ourselves to be men or something inbetween male and female. Whether this is full-time or only part-time, I believe that there is equality between those that seek to transition and those who do not.
That is why this guild is not for males' only, as it is also for females who cross-dress and the like, as well as Female to Male Transgendered people who consider themselves male but do not seek to transition.

The guild is also open to friends, family and supporters if they believe they have reason to be here, as I believe it adds to a positive atmosphere and attitude towards the subject. As our goal is, of course, not to segregate ourselves for the rest of humanity - but to introduce ourselves, slowely but surely.

The main purpose of the guild is to provide resources, advice, guidance, help, etc. provided by the members - to help those in awkward situations with anything they may need. Be it transitioning, coming out of the gender closet, fashion tips, or anything else - it is what the guild is here for.
However, it is also here for all Trans-related subjects, for polite discussion and debate, as well as friendly chat. The guild id also here to serve as a place to be social and meet people that you can relate with.
The Guild is not, however, a place for you to seperate yourself - it is not for you to try and become part of some big "Trans Society" beyond all else. People must work together no matter their gender, physical state, beliefs, etc. and hiding away here all of the time will not help matters.
We are here as friends, and as guidance - but not as an alternative to the rest of the world.

All in all - simply have fun. <3

FAQ.

If you have a question - please direct it to the Questions & Assistance sticky. If I feel it is quite an important question, I shall copy it and it's answer to this post.

What is a Transgentleman?
Please, see the Introduction for an answer to this question.

Why doesn't this guild include MtFs?
Because the Transgender world is very MtF-dominated, and so I wished to create a more specific place, rather than a general, cliche and certainly not needed guild.
I have nothing against MtFs but they generally have more resources, advice, guides and forums and guilds of their own - I am not an MtF, and so I would rather aid people on something I know more about.
If, however, you have a friend who is Transgendered in a Male to Female sense, please feel free to direct them to me by PM and I can give them a starter and the link to the TG Guild.

Why create a guild for this? What's the point?
This is also pretty much explained in the Introduction section. I created thsi guild because I want to help people and communicate with people on a new level, and I want to see people with similar situations and interests get along and help each other.

Who the Hell are you?
I am Darky-Hitori, AKA Nate - scourge of the General Discussion and Extended Discussion, and overall guild whore.

I agree most of the site i go on are mtf, but those girls/women are always nice to me. Maybe we should have them make their own guild.

We shouldn't have them do anything.

If an MtF or Transgirl decides to make a guild specifically for them, it is entirely unrelated to us. C:

I agree with Nate. Besides, they already have one of their own.
