200 years ago, there was a great battle between Order and Chaos. The scion of Order, the Master Emerald was destroyed completely and utterly as was the earth. With the earth's greatest champions, the only ones that could control the Chaos emeralds, fallen, the Emeralds went out of control. Seven planets were pulled from their original systems to form a new system around the star Damascus. The Emeralds now lie dormant on these worlds waiting for someone to awaken their destructive powers. All truth of the Emeralds have disappeared into myth and legend. The only thing that is certain is to whosoever holds the Emeralds, great things will happen. Now treasure hunters all throughout the Outlands systems search the seven planets for the Emeralds in hopes of fulfilling their wildest dreams.

-The Planets-
Tycoon- An aquatic planet with a great deal of industrial growth in its island-cities. Has established trade with all planets and keeps its faster-than-light space travel technology a well-guarded secret.
Kasrdin- An industrial planet that is ruled by the wealthiest factory owners. All have a great distrust for Tycoon as well as each other. Many wealthy patrons hire mercenaries to steal designs for a Tycoon trade ship when they come to the planet. None have succeeded.
Goldoga- A feudal world ruled by various nobles, many ascended to their throne by rather dubious means. Though beautiful, the planet is often embroiled in wars.
Sylvaraan- A desolate desert world. Legends speak of an ancient civilization that destroyed itself, and the planet in its excess.
Fortunas- A rocky and mountainous world where it is said the patron deity of its people ascended to godhood on the peak of the tallest spire, The Fang. As such, its inhabitants in that region are fanatically religious.
Mobius- A verdant forest world that has its name mentioned in many of the Chaos Emerald legends and myths. Some broken scraps of a long-forgotten technology can be found
Prospero's World- A military world where the dictator, Prospero rules. His infantry constantly scour the planet's surface for any trace of the Emerald on that planet. Though Prospero's world has no space travel, he has massive defense laser arrays set up to repel invasions by Tycoon, who have a strong grip on all other worlds in the Outlands system.

Appearance: Green with elongated quills. Wears gray shorts and a SEGA t-shirt. Mechanical legs.
Weapons: Packs a mean kick, also uses grenades
Background: Was once a wheelchair-bound boy living a rather dull life. He one day decided to get off his arse (metaphorically) and do something about his affliction. He rolled over to a mechanics shop, bought tools, materials and several books. Seven weeks later, he rose out of his chair with a pair of custom built, custom designed, mechanical legs built around the lifeless originals. He then decided to go out and do something exciting. Spending years digging through the factory trash bins, he had perfected his cyber-legs and had a decent business as a mechanic. Instead of letting his injury rule him, he rose to defeat it. Now he searches Kasrdin for anything of value that doesn't have anyone's name on it.
Reason for becoming a treasure hunter: Sitting around for years doing nothing does get boring after a while... A heavy-duty stress test for his legs.
Odd quirks: Always listens to music. Always.(usually techno) Has a habit of ending sentences with odd words (usually a slightly audible mumble)
