Forced arranged marriages, child brides, women getting the short end of the stick when they're raped...?
Is this a weird backwater cultural thing that doesn't happen often and the media happen to see some of these things going on? The Taliban, a militant Muslim group, was harshly criticized by the UN for treating women terribly.
well most of the muslims nowadays have started inheriting westran culture forgeting their own beliefs most of the muslims don't pray just because they say they are busy even in my country rapes and all happens thats because they don't offer prayer ANY TIME...
and yes ALLAH says that if you OFFER PRAYER the light withen you becomes stronger and you be away from doing bad deeds...
and those who do those things like treating women actually i would say they should be shamed of being muslims...
once upon a time there was a "SAHABA"(follower of holy prophet) who asked our holy prophet as to who is more superior MOTHER OR FATHER..
our HOLY PROPHET (peace be upon him) say MOTHER
the sahaba asked the same question three times and the answere was same
but when he asked fourth time the answere was father..
just because mother is more superior than father...
NOTE: by this is don't mean that there is unequality because here she is superior while at other times father do be superior
