Sam's Profile Age: 11
Sex: Male.
Birthdate: June 19th
Lineage: 'Mudblood.'
House: -
Marital status: Single
Favourite class: -
Least favourite class: -
Extra-curricular activites: -
Wand: -
Schooling awards: -
Loves: Sweets, football, cricket, being with friends, feeling at ease, swimming, playing poker, seeing his Aunt Naita or Great Aunt Elspeth.
Hates: Being made a fool of, Elizabeth's traps.
Fears: Sock puppets, making a fool of himself in front of a girl, his father's hair.
Personality: Ah, yes, how to sum Sam up at this hectic age? One word: confused.
As the first hormones of prepubescence made their way through Sam's system, they had rather an adverse effect on his ability to speak clearly to the fairer sex. Perhaps from his hormones alone, perhaps tinged by a childhood with Elizabeth, whenever a girl is about, Sammy-boy turns into a bumbling idiot, unable to get a sentence out, and more than usually keen to retire to the comfort of Hopscotch, and his duvet. He is, however, rather keen to impress, and I can only presume this is where his obsession with hair gel came about. He is scarcely spotted without the goop plastered over his head.
Around those of his gender, he is able to relax enough for his true personality to shine through. Active as any young boy, he is forever on the lookout for a cricket or footy match, though doubtless quidditch will be added to his repertoire. Let us hope he shows more skill in that game than is apparent in his performance of the other two. Sharp as a blade, when at his ease no detail will escape him, and a small hint of mischief that is usually left under the surface of the boy will occasionally snap up an opportunity missed by the slower of comprehension.
The faults he readily succumbs to are procrastination, a tendency to fear more than should be feared, and such a terror of making a fool of himself in front of a girl that he will allow himself to miss out on chances.
Physical traits: Sam's features promise nothing out of the ordinary, chocolate brown hair styled as much as the boy can style it, for fear of his father's frizzy mop attacking him whilst stammering to some poor girl. Below the gel, and the occasional hair, are a pair of bright green eyes, pupils edged with golden flecks, an average nose, and the usual set of teeth, bar two fillings from excessive consumption of sweets. Rather tall for his age, Sam is not, luckily, gangly, having a fairly muscular phsyique by nature, added to by his many failed attempts at improving his footy skills.
The skin tone of Sam is again, that of your usual British kid. Neither excessively pale or exactly olive, Sam's skin is a warm peach, with a few freckles dusted across his arms. The only notable mention as to his complexion is a small pink strip of skin across the boy's nose, the result of too many cricket matches without sun screen throughout the summer months.
By way of distinguishing marks, Sam has a large mole on his left earlobe, a smaller one on his left thumb, and a chickenpox scar next to his right eye. He also currently has a small gash on his right lower leg, but that pertains to a bad experience with a skateboard, and is best left unexplained.
History: Samuel Larrenby, Sam to his friends, was born to upper-middle class parents in the town of Chorley, in the shire of Lancashire, northern England. His parents, Lydia and Gerald Larrenby, respectively, were muggles, living the usual life of two muggles very much in love. Gerald was a real estate agent, Lydia a former teacher now caring for her children at home. A loving, albeit occassionally rather absent, father, Gerald passed little to his son by way of genetic traits. Small of stature and rather portly, his his eleven year old son already threatens to outstrip his height before the year is out. That which he did pass on are his eyes, emerald and well set. His untamed mop of fair curls seems to be Sam's greatest fear of inheriting, for her swears it defies gravity late at night whilst no one is looking. Lydia, however, seemed determined to pass on her genetics, for her build, hair colour, and general even featured face are all practically mirrored in her son.
When Sam turned four, his parents told him they had a brilliant surprise for him, and before you could say "false advertising," a younger sister entered his life. Said demon child, Elizabeth, seems to have made it her mission in life to embarrass Sam, bringing out baby photos whenever his friends are round, telling girls he still wets the bed, (a lie, he stopped at age five) and other such wonderful things. However, woe betide, Sam was informed at age six that no adoption agencies accepted donations from young boys.
Knowing nothing of magic until his acceptance at Hogwarts, Sam spent the first two days of summer absorbing everything he could from the textbooks his parents proudly presented to him, before growing tired of the words and deciding that perhaps some practice at Hogwarts would prove more beneficial to his rather full mind. Having said this, it must be noted that the boy does have a rather high IQ, resting a few points before genius level. It must also be mentioned that he is not brilliant at applying himself, and thus most homework lies half-finished until the night before it is due.
Very keen to get started at Hogwarts, not least of which to escape Elizabeth, Sam is however apprehensive of such a change- what if the other children dislike him? What if he steps in something horrid before being sorted? What if it turned out it was all a mistake and he were sent home? These questions aside, he is excited, I swear!
Like most children, Sam's future plans consist of stardom and riches. Or happiness, but the first does sound rather attractive. At age eleven, he has no clue what he wants to do later in life, and just hopes it comes with a manual, to be perfectly honest. One major goal he has, however, is to learn how to make things float in the air for as long as he pleases, Elizabeth has some payback due.
Although living with his parents, Sam's correspondence with his "Aunt Naita" borders on that of a family tie, she having been his babysitter before moving back to Gaia. He has promised her to spend at least part of his first summer at her home in Gaia, excited at the prospect of late nights and jokes with his old friend.

Naita's Profile Name: True name long since forgotten, goes by Naita.
Age: Exact age unknown. Roughly early-mid twenties.
Sex: Female
Birthdate: Once more, lost.
Marital status: Engaged.
Loves: Sable, vodka, BBQ sauce, her Feli squad, small shiny things, the open sea, lychees.
Hates: Confinement, loss of freedom, deep fried seafood of any kind.
Fears: Sock puppets.
Peronality: Hehe, coming soon.
History: Naita, as she is now known, grew up with her mother and three brothers in the Catalan village, Marseilles, southern France. Early in her life she developed a keen interest in the sea, and expressed a wish to sail. Obviously, it was not the done thing for women to become sailors, and so at the age of twelve, the cheeky child stowed away on the next ship to leave port, a tiny vessel named the "Ailing Albatross." And the name was the least of it's problems.
Having dressed herself in her youngest brother's clothing, Naita pleaded for a job once found. In return for bread and water, she promised she would be a cabin boy, and hoped to learn the trade. The captain, a rather frugal old boy, agreed to this, and such a career on the high seas seemed imminent! And perhaps that career would have been successful, had Naita an ounce of talent for sailing, but alas, she was hopeless. She did, however, show a great knack for sewing the sails, and this kept her fed and housed.
One fine day, whilst sailing in territories unknown, (though territories unknown to Naita were generally anything more than a metre from her person) the cabin "boy" came by rather a bad accident. Namely, she stood in the way of the mast, and received her reward full to the back of the head. As you can imagine, the skull of a human versus the mast of a ship is a rather easy battle to predict the outcome of, and the girl hit the water with an almighty splash. She washed up, some time later, cold and bedraggled, on the shore of Port Gino. There she spent several hours comatose on the sand. Incidently, the crew of the Ailing Albatross henceforth went bankrupt due to the cost of a new mainsail.
As the hours ticked by, the usual parade of people made their way by the passed out teen, a few stopping to gawk, one over-zealous young child poking her with a stick, and none helping. At length, a pale woman in a red velveteen gown drew to a halt, eyeing the damp figure with a mixture of curiosity and dread. Shaking the girl by her shoulders, the well dressed young lady called out to her a few times, recognising by the rise and fall of the chest that the child before her was in fact alive. "My dear, are you alright?" she called, as the fluttering eyelashes and muffled groans announced her patient's success in being brought round.
"Where am I?" came the voice of the lost little sailor, quickly followed by, "Who the hell are you?" To this exceedingly tactful greeting, the lady simply smiled politely and nodded. "I am Lady Naita Siri, and yourself?" Quickly realising she had no answer for this, the sailor's silence spoke for her loss of memory, and with a sympathetic nature, Lady Siri had little choice but to take the girl in.
Before long, the girl's talent for sewing was noted, and she was hired as a dressmaker for the household, with a decent wage, free food, and board. All in all, it was a good life, until her craving for something unknown led her to count her wages, and venture into the world. This was not to say that she was ungrateful, however. Spending a portion of her savings on a brilliant red swathe of silk, the former sailor created one last, magnificent gown for the lady of the house before resigning. As a final mark of respect, she took on the name Naita, that any success she may achieve should always be connected to her kind rescuer.
Many adventures marked her departure from Port Gino, and amongst her travels were the countries of England, where the Larrenby's intruded upon her notice (quite literally, Lydia walked in on her in the bathroom), France (though not, alas, to Marseilles, where her true identity could have been restored), where it is thought her fear of sock puppets was cultivated, and Australia. After wandering over many a continent, she longed for the comforts of a home of her own, and settled upon Gaia, as close to Port Gino as possible.
And the rest, as they say, is history.

Family Sam's FamilyImmediate Family: Father: Gerald Arthur Larrenby A loving father often forced to see little of his darlings due to work, Gerald's physicality is nothing like his son's. Small of stature and rather portly, his eleven year old son already threatens to outstrip his height before the year is out. That which he did pass on are his eyes, emerald and well set. His untamed mop of fair curls seems to be Sam's greatest fear of inheriting, for he swears it defies gravity late at night whilst no one is looking.
Gerald Larrenby married Lydia Gale at 23 years of age, when she was 21. They are fast approaching their 15th anniversary, and seem to have a very strong marriage.
Mother: Lydia Elina Larrenby (nee Gale) Lydia, a homemaker since Sam's birth, is the obvious fount of his physical traits, with her height, build, hair colour, and even features inherited by her son. She is a strong woman, influential yet soft spoken, and is doted upon by her son, though her daughter often feels the need to test her will.
Sibling: Elizabeth Linda Larrenby Ah, little Elizabeth, Sam's curse. A golden child, all blonde ringlets and dimples, she is devious. It is not unknown for Elizabeth to set traps in her brother's room, or make up stories about him to tell his friends. A darling child if ever there was one!
Extended Family: Paternal Grandfather: Arthur William Larrenby
Paternal Grandmother (deceased): Mary Jayne Larrenby (nee Ellsup)
Maternal Grandfather (deceased): Oliver Phaddeus Daniel Gale II
Maternal Grandmother (deceased): Linda Ellen Gale (nee Aviel)
Maternal Uncle (deceased): Daniel Oliver Gale
Maternal Great Aunt: Elspeth Gillian Gale The only known family member to possess magic previous to Sam, Great Aunt Elspeth had to keep her gift secret from her family until Sam's acceptance to Hogwarts, and soon proved a very useful guide for his young curiosity.
Adoptive Family:
"Aunt" Naita, previous babysitter and practically a fixture in the Larrenby family, no matter her location on the globe.Naita's FamilyNaita's immediate family is unknown to her, lost with the rest of her memory. She has, however, made friends and lovers she considers family.
The Larrenby Family Meeting the Larrenby's whilst travelling in England, Naita became fast friends with Lydia, and was often entrusted to babysit her young children. She is now considered a member, and though no longer in England is in constant contact. Due to Naita's knowledge of various magical and physical phenomenon, she has been entrusted guardian of Sam's education whilst he studies at Hogwarts.
Ladies Naita and Linaia Siri, and their household. Whilst working for Lady Naita Siri as a dressmaker, Naita became aware of the need to have family, her memory all but erased, and her own parents and siblings bearing no mark on her mind. The kindness of Lady Naita and her half-sister Lady Linaia gave them this status.
In addition to the ladies of the house, Naita embarked on a quick love affair with Riife, the butler. Elsa, the golden housemaid, was soon seen to hold his heart, and so ever since ceasing her affair with Riife, it has been Naita's wish to see the pair marry.
Lady Naita's wards Eydis, Breena, and Ceiba are only a little known to Naita, but their adoptive mother marks them a place in her heart.
Sable Sable Rose is Naita's betrothed, and most frequent lover. heart
Divine Saturne DS is... how would you put this... Naita's "baby momma." Following a drunken New Years, Naita is carrying DS' child.

Pets and FamiliarsSam's Pets.
Hopscotch Hopscotch is Sam's pet ferret. Though perhaps not valid as a familiar for Hogwarts' standards, she was a gift to Sam on his 10th birthday, from his Great Aunt Elspeth, and he could not think of leaving her behind. In a new environment, Hopscotch is Sam's closest confidante.
Naita's Pets.
Did someone call for the Feli squad? These wandering felines are usually somewhere near Naita, and almost always up to something.
