I want to buy a pack-n-pee and a binder, but I wanna know if me being fat will get in the way of how well these things will work. Anyone know?

For the binder, they have up to extra large sizes in most brands, and if a single one doesn't work, layering two works even for bigger chested guys. Also, there are some that even cover the tummy, but they might be a little harder to position, from what I've heard.
As for packers, I don't see how it would not work. As long as you don't have an enormous stomach weighing down on your crotch, it should not affect the functionality of your packy.

I've got a bit of a stomach and double binding does the trick. I use a vest which holds things in place then a double compression shirt over that which keeps it from rolling up around the tummy. A plus for the shirt is that if you tuck it into your pants it makes your hips narrow (which personally makes me look taller than I am woot woot). I got 'em both from Underworks which is pretty cheap.
I knew a really hefty dude who used a piss and pack and as far as I know still does, weight shouldn't really affect it.
