If anyone playing the game wants to get a head start on experience read this. After you join penelo in the Giza plains, train Vaan and Penelo until they both have access to quickenings. Then go to the spot where you run into Jinn and save. After this go to the area with the two werewolves. Use your quickenings on one of them until you are able to get inferno. This will kill the werewolf in one hit, Which earns about 600 exp.
THe other werewolf is probably chasing you at this point so head back to the area with the save point to recharge your MP. Go back and finish off the other werewolf with a quickening. Go back to the save point and heal but after that go one area further. If the player goes two areas away from an area they killed all the monsters, the monsters will respawn. This means the werewolves are back so you can blast them with quickenings for easy exp. The also drop quality hide which is worth a good amount of gil. Repeat this process as many times as necessary. I used it and went from level 6 to level 12 in about 15 minutes.

Have to hand you props for that. That is tough to do. I was able to do that too but I just wanted to offer people the easy way to do it when they are level 6 or 7 in that area.
