(-o-) Trainer Journals (-o-)
Trainer journals will be required if you wish on using your poke'mon in any sort of role playing or event. It will be the backbone of tracking the level, status, and progress of your poke'mon. This will be a tool not only to you but to the staff as well. We'll be looking through the journals to retrieve certs (as it will be required that you save them to your own server) for any edits that we'll be needing to do, it will also be where we drop off the new ones, leave notes fr each trainer, and so forth. The journal is basically your poke'nav. We have a format for the journals- please follow them or we'll be forced to make the changes ourselves.

Post 1: Any header image you'd like, any title you'd like. Be sure to include a table of contents and a quote box where your personal updates will go. This will include notes to the staff, notes to players you're involved with, etc.

11-25-2005: Hey there. Boy it's been a long week. A little note to the staff and any I'm involved in rp with- I'm going to be out of town for two days so feel free to go on without me. I'll catch up with you all at a later time.
Post 2 : Trainer Profile
This is where you put the info reguarding the character that you play. Where were they born? What do they look like? What's their personality like?Any pictures? We're not being as strict on this post- but here's a popular character profile format you can use if you'd like:

Post 3 : Current Team
Every trainer can carry up to 6 poke'mon with them at a time. Diplay their main cert and links to the other two certs for each poke'mon here. You can switch the team out at any time.

Post 4 : Inventory
Here is where you keep track of things like Poke'balls (which you'll need to buy from us... read the front page of this guild for info reguarding these), ribbons you've won, and of course all the items you can have your trainer carry for rpg purposes. Just be sure that you put your Poke'balls listed in a way that the staff can take instant notice of... and be honest! We're tracking everyone's poke'balls now so there's no cheating.

Post 5 : Awards & Events
This is where you'll keep track of the awards you and your poke'mon get. Did you win a pagent? Keep note of it here. Put your battle record here, any significant events, link to them here. We're pretty open about how you use this post too so have fun smile
Post 6 : Poke'mon Box
When a trainer has more than 6 poke'mon, or has poke'mon they just don't want to travel with them, they store them in the poke'mon box. Because it'll kill some people's servers to open your journal with all the pictures of poke'mon displayed on the front, please link to them instead.

Post 7 : Links to My Stalls
This is where you'll list out the links to your stalls. If you're a breeder you may want to include a listing of the poke'mon you're selling, have some information on the parents, have some history of how well your stock turns out, etc. For trainers and small buisness owners feel free to do the same wink Again, this one's pretty much up to you. Make banners for it if you'd like but please don't display the full-sized image of all your poke'mon or merchandise. Thumbnails are fine, but try to keep them to 100x100 pixels at the most.
Post 8 : Breeding/Battle Availability
Do you have a poke'mon that you'd like to breed but nothing in your party that you'd like it to breed with? Or maybe you're looking for a good battle. Either way, this space is for letting other trainers know that you have poke'mon available for such activities. Like most of the entries, this one's yours to customize but again, don't load up on massive images.
Post 9 : Poke'Mail Box
Like a real Poke'nav you can receive poke'mail from the staff and npc's here. Be sure to have room in your title for an update. The staff member will leave a quote box with the subject of the mail and inside place the bulk of the message. This is how we'll be dropping off certs from now on so pay close attention. We'll place [ 1 New Poke'mail ] in your journal's topic title to alert you who has new mail. Once you read it, please delete the announcement in your title to return it to normal.

This is where you put the banner (if you want) for your actual journal. Past this post you're free to include whatever you'd like in your journal. Keep in mind that while you're allowed to log rp sessions between you and the other guild members, this is not an rp area and you alone (save for the staff of course) are allowed to post in your journal. Feel free to put relations, scrapbooks, drawings, ic-journal entries, etc past this point.
