|-1-| Mini-shops are free to run and operate here in the PHG and there's no portion of your earnings that must be paid to the staff.
|-2-| All Mini-shops must be approved by the staff Via PM. Before opening a shop please fill out the following form and send it to Pokemon_Researcher_Bill:

|-3-| Any shop that opens without staff approval will be given a warning in the shop and if the warning isn't taken, it will be shut down.
|-4-| Any shop that uses stolen art, stolen sprites, stolen anything will be looked into. It's alright to use pixel bases but they must be altered in a way so that they're yours.. they can't just have a few colors changed and that's it. We can get in trouble for this by the gaia staff and so can you.
|-5-| Prices must be fair. If we think they're too high we'll step in.
|-6-| No items that will guarentee anyone a special poke'mon, inhancements with breeding, etc.
|-7-| Poke'mon are NOT to be sold in mini-shops. Mini shops are for items for the poke'mon, sprites, character portraits, journal banners, etc. If we find anyone selling poke'mon here the store will be shut down without a warning.
|-8-| Guild rules apply. No sexually driven items, no pictures of anything over pg13, etc.
