The PHG is a handful to manage and it's impossible for Thalion to manage it by herself. Dargon Darkthorne has become too busy in real life so he's no longer able to work for the PHG and will be scarcely seen on Gaia. Thalion is also a college student and working part-time, on top of this she's the artist for many other shops. If you want the PHG to continue running, please offer whatever services you can! Even if you're not accepted we appreciate the effort and thought.

Cert Artist

Wage: 300g Per Poke'mon
**This means you get paid once per poke'mon you cert. If it grows it's your responsability to re-cert it. We don't get paid to re-color it**
Job Requirements: A photoshop program, Knowlege of how to work with Certs, Knowlege of how to input the info for the certs, Time, Dedication, a poke'mon guide (online or not) that lists attacks, stats, etc, AIM
Job Description: Certers are in charge of putting the image of the poke'mon onto the main cert as well as the basic info. Aside from that the certist is responsable for the battle and showcase cert. They will contact the staff/trainers for info on each cert. The certist is responsable for every cert they create, cert up-keep, and delivering the certs to the trainers. If a certist only manages their poke'mon and poke'mon of their friends they will be fired and their staff status revoked.

4........If you are hired you will be contacted with the SN and PW of the shared photobucket account, the AIM Sn of Thalion who will give you the psd. format files for the certs, and made into crew status to access the staff-only forum.
5........Your name will be added to the crew list.

exclaim Yes, eventually we'll need colorists and battle managers. We just need to take care of the existing Poke'mon, owed customs and awards, etc. before we make too many new ones.
