"Uwwaahhh!" Cesium sighed as she stretched, slowly working the kinks out of her aching muscles. Family was good and all, but when they made you move halfway across the world so you could help out in times of need....well...that was just pushing the loving family bond a tad bit too far. Of course, she didn't mind the hard work, since her Uncles farm had pokemon on it. Flaffy and Milktanks, Ponyta, Sunflora. There was soooo much to see and do! Her drawing pad was filled to the point where she'd have to get another pad just to be able to continue drawing! She laughed as a Rattata scurried past, Meow, her Uncles Meowth hot on the mouses heels. Shading her eyes against the sun she looked towards the farmhouse. Perhaps she could take a small break and get something to snack on.. With that in mind she flicked her sweat damped braid over her shoulder and trotted off towards the house. She could finish tilling the carrot patch in moment.

Solo's back was warm from the sun and he was getting rather thirsty. He had drained the last of the liquid from his drink bottle a while ago and felt like he was going to die soon. Nearby Iztal and Phasma bobbed happily around, not needing food and drink the same way he did, they felt fine. He glared at them enviously, "Why don't you two makes yourselves useful, go find me some water or something..." he said. They turned to him and laughed, flying off ahead. Sighing, Solo followed slowly, very slowly.
A long, long while later they came back calling out to him, he assumed they had found water so he began walking faster, coming around a small cluster of trees, Solo saw a large house, with massive fenced fields around it. It seemed to be alive with Poke'mon and Solo knew they'd have water. He began running and soon he could see a girl of about his own age sitting out front. "Hey," he called out to her, Iztal and Phasma by his side again.

"Hey!"
Cesium looked over her shoulder to see a boy about her age running towards her. He looked about as hot as she did, and just as sick of the heat as she was. By his side two ghost pokemon bobbed happily, apparently content just to be out of their ghostballs. She grinned and waved at him before dissapearing inside. By the time he reached the front door she was outside again, holding a large pitcher of cold lemonade. She placed that down on the table and went back inside, this time juggiling two cups and a plate of cookies. Her Uncle was out tending to the fields and her Aunt the Milktank. Her Cousin Jamie was off slacking somewhere, not that she cared. The girl would probably have tried to flirt with Solo.
"Hi! Welcome to Knightblade Ranch and Farm! I'm Cesium." She said, introducing herself and the place they were at. "Much of Keebin is farming or Ranch communities." She offered, "So you'll have to be careful, don't want a guard pokemon to accidentally chase you off thinking you'd steal something eh?" She giggled and poured Solo a glass before handing it over, her eyes shining with good humor.

Phoenix sighed and got her sorry butt off the ship, waving a vague goodbye to the captain. She fiddled with her belt, placing Thar and Ithil in battle ready positions. She viewed the town. Seeing no trainer anywhere to battle or chat to, she sighed and headed to a park. At least it looked like a park. She saw no strange pokemon. Only a rattata and pidgey here and there. She sat down on the grass and leaned back, wondering what would happen next.

Solo saw the person go inside briefly upon his approach. He gaxed around at the fields and felt the usual twinge of excitement he got when something exciting was going to happen or when he was around Poke'mon. He came up the steps at the front of the house and Cesium introduced herself. She was about the same age as Solo and he was glad to see she he gotten him a drink. He tried to speak but couldn't as his throat was too dry. He took a glass of lemonade and gulped it down. Once more, he went to speak, "Hi, I'm Solo Valentine. I come from Mt. Silver in Johto, but I came here from Kanto. I'm a Poke'mon trainer, these are my Poke'mon, Iztal, and Phasma," he motioned to the Ghastly and Haunter by his side. At that moment his Poke'nav began beeping. He pulled it out and saw he had recieved a Poke'mail, reading over it the twinge in his stomach became a knot. Suddenly, he really wanted to begin walking again, despite his near exaustion he somehow had the energy now. "Hey, wanna come to Illem forest with me, I think all the people in the area recieved this mail." he said to Cesium.

Cessy blinked, "Uh sure, let me just go and find something to leave a note on." She said, and dissapeared back into the house. Sounds of drawers slamming open then shutting filtered out before the blue haired teen re-appeared. She had a purple backpack slung over a shoulder, and her own Poke'nav out, reading the message. "Wow, I wonder what's going on in the forest." She said, tugging on her skirt a bit. "Oh no! The cookies!" She exclaimed, and scooped up the plate and brought it back inside with the lemonade. Knowing the Pokemon, they'd eat everything and take the plate too!
She came out again and giggled, "How long have you been in the area?" She asked, standing beside Solo until he started to move. "The forest isn't that far away, so we should make it there in good time."

Phoenix saw a boy and a girl talk about heading toward the forest. She might as well go with them, she thought. She picked herself up and headed over. "You two mind if I join you? I'm new to Jinto. Just arrived an hour ago." She suddenly realized she forgot something. "Oh, I'm Phoenix Moree and I have five pokemon. A pidgey, pikachu, a growlithe, a mareep, and a slowpoke." Sure. She was three years younger than them. DId that matter? She didn't think so.

Cesium grinned, "Howdy and Welcome Phoenix! I'm Cesium Knightblade. I'm a Poke'mon artist and aspiring trainer." She fiddled with her bandana, the clean dry one was bothering her for some unknown reason. "How about we get going? I'm not sure when that message was sent, or how long Mr. James will wait!"

Solo smiled warmly, "Sure thing Phoenix, the more the merrier. I just arrived here from Kanto the other day," he said to both the girls. "Oh, these are my two Poke'mon, Iztal and Phasma," he motioned to each respectively, introducing them to Phoenix. Iztal bobbed over to the girl and floated in front of here face, staring her straight in the eyes. A second later he licked her face and flew in circles laughing. "AH! Iztal!" Solo exclaimed, he rummaged in his pack and pulled out a paralyze heal, and passed it to Phoenix, "take that, quickly. I'm so sorry, he can be a bit playful sometimes..."

Phoenix would've laughed, except for the fact her face was wonderfully paralyzed. She took the heal and then laughed, "I can tell. Having your face frozen isn't the funnest thing." She smiled. "My pokemon are like that a lot. I keep them in their pokeballs so they don't crowd me, though. Five is a lot to have out."

I bet it is." Cessy replied, eyeing Iztal as the happy ghost bobbed around still laughing. "He's cute." She said smiling, before leading the way to the forest. "I'm from Viridian originally, but my Aunt and Uncle needed my help here...why I don't know, they seem to do fine without my help." She shrugged, as if answering her own question.

"Five Poke'mon? I wish I had five... Oh, I have these four balls too," Solo said, once again reaching into his pack he pulled out four red and green balls. "For some reason they won't open..." he said, putting them back into his pack, Solo changed his mind and fixed them to his belt, alongside the two ghostballs that belonged to Iztal and Phasma. "So, what's this Illen Forest like?" he asked Cesium, in the mean time he decided to put Iztal and Phasma back inside their balls.

"Hey! I have one of those too!" Cessy exclaimed cheerfully, "My Uncle gave it to me, sad some pokemon delivered it while I was in the bath." She pulled out her own red and green pokeball, that still had the ribbon tied around it. "Illian Forest eh, well, from what few times I've been there, it looks like a regular old forest. I've never been there at night, or as dusk or dawn, so it could change durning those times. The pokemon there are kinda quite, and keep to themselves mostly." She nibbled on her lip, "The forest....feels alive. Like it's watching you as you go through it though. Kinda creepy, in the mysterious way."

"I know the feeling... Mt. Silver is covered in forest and can get kinda creepy at night, you get used to it after a while though," Solo said, "I just wanna see some new Poke'mon! It's my dream to become a Poke'mon master, it's kinda unoriginal, I know, but I think it's the best way for me to see all the Poke'mon I can, I want to see, and hopefully, catch all the Poke'mon there is!" he beamed at Cessy and Phoenix.
