I've finally decided to tell my parents that I'm trans, I'm leaving for Japan on June 22nd and coming back on July 8th and I want to tell my parents before that. I met an MTF that works at a place called the Gender Center thats in my local town, she said that she knows two transmen that would be interested in helping me with explaining their experiences with coming out and hormonal therapy which I'll be starting hopefully in a few months since I'll be turning 18 in September. I want to tell me parents at least a couple months before I start instead of coming home on day with facial hair and a deep male voice. I talked to my boyfriend about it and asked if he would be there with me to give me some moral support and he said he would smile I'm a little nervous about meeting other transmen face to face and was wondering what sorts of questions I could ask that would be benefit to my situation...?

Hey sorry for this late reply, but I hope it went well!
When meeting other guys for the first time, just remember, we were all there once! Try to be polite, but anyone who is putting himself out there to help other will probably expect the really personal questions and be OK with that.
