As you walk up the well-beaten dusty path to a small building, you notice a small vulpix sitting infront of the door. It is unusual in that it has green coat, accompanied by silver bands on its legs. With a happy yip it runs through the open door, into a small cabin, well lit and fairly well appointed. A kid sits at the table, not older than 15, with a ledger and a few notebooks scattered around infront of him. Looking up, he gives a jovial smile. 1. All the usual rules of both Gaia and the Pokemon Hybrid Generation do apply to the ranch; as such, it would be my wish that everyone observe them. 2. ROLEPLAY! Pokemon are meant to be roleplayed. If I'm going to go to the effort of getting them into shows so they attain better ranks, then breeding them to create offspring that people may buy, I don't want to see that go to waste! Get them into your roleplay somehow. 3. If a pokemon is not for sale, it's NOT FOR SALE. I believe everyone to be nice people, do not disabuse me of this notion. Don't make me bite your head off, or yell at you, please...I don't like being angry. It's hard to get angry me back into my box. 4. If you would like to breed your pokemon with one of mine, please post it bold in blue. More later, as I think up more necessary rules...I hope that most people will assume certain things be in place, if they're common sense...I hate rules, I don't want to expand on them. Thanks!

 This is the Darren Pokemon Ranch, owned and operated by Kitsu Darren. The facility is located in a remote part of the Northern Jinto area, with a small office connected to a larger barn/habitation for the pokemon, that opening onto a very large fenced-in corral for play. The office is a very modest building, very new, painted in a reddish earth tone. It has the main room, where transactions are conducted, and a small living area behind it for Kitsu. The habitation area for the pokemon is essentially an oversized barn, with a small loft full of hay for bird pokemon, and the lower level for bigger pokemon. The corral is a simulated natural environment, although it contains elements from several; the center has a pond, while one side has knee high grass, and another side has small bushes and scrub. There are high rushes on one side of the pond, and the water is mostly clear, but a bit dark, much as a normal pond would be. The area gets lots of sun, but part of the corral reaches around either side of the barn, so pokemon who do not like light as much may stay in the relative dark during daylight. They may also stay in the barn near the roof, for pokemon like Zubat.
