Story  The year is 3142. Technology has advanced greatly and many other beings have shown themselves to the humans. Dragons, vampires, beast-men, and much more now live side by side with humans. It has even been discovered that magic does exist though it drains life force and stamina. Even though it all seems peaceful crime still exist, and it is much more dangerous with magic and more powerful beings. So the police forces were replaced with the Armagis Gevries Raksium (or AGR for short), a more military trained force made of all races. Lately there have been rumors of a object in the city of Toran, the largest city in the world, that will give the holder limitless energy and power. Will you go to Toran to find this object of power, or for another reason?

2) There are no lasers, sorry. xp
3) No cybering, you may time lapse though.
4) You may be any species that comes to mind.
5) You may not kill another character unless they agree.
6) I can add, change, and remove rules as I see fit.

A few days ago he disobeyed direct orders and went AWOL in search of the powerful object in Toran. He was born with the ability of psychokinesis, which helped him climb the ranks in AGR. Celeste isn't quite sure about being a demon. there are hints of her having demonic power, but it's a quick glance of it. There is another thing that could be a power, but it can't really count as one. Celeste has another personality. That personality is totally different from her. and when I say 'another personality', it's not even close to describing what is also hidden within her body. it's more like 'another being.' Celeste has within her mind another 'personality' that is vicious and cruel. That personality will sometimes overpower Celeste and take over her body for a brief time. But, within that brief time, she could have most likely destroyed a good part of a popullated area. That 'other self' has chosen a name, and that is Artemis. But, when Artemis takes over and draws out the 'celestial sword,' the blade turns blood red and the hilt resembles total darkness. Bio: When Celeste was little, she was brought to a facility that kept her locked up and did tests on her to see what would happen if they kept her in extreme conditions. The scientists there weren't very nice and celeste soon found herself feeling as if she wanted to die right there and now. And that was only when she was 6. When she turned 8, they had done this extreme expirement. Celeste didn't know what they did to her when she woke up, and usually, she would know right away. This time was different. They left her alone for three days, quietly observing her. what did they do? She would wonder. On the fourth day, a sudden wave of pain had engulfed her entire body. Celeste fell to the floor on her knees and grabbed her head, screaming as the pain kept coming. The scientists never did anything but sit and watch. After a minute or two, Celete's big, silver eyes had dulled. The scientists had thought she had died, so one went up to her to see. Big mistake. At the second he got close to her, celeste had no longer had silver eyes for the time being, now, they were a sharp, icy blue. That icy blue eyes glowed with insane thoughts and a crazy smirk filled her face. Surprised, the scientist tried to jump back, but "Celeste" jumped up faster and instantly killed him with her magic powers. She had drained his 'magic' and was now using it for herself. Celeste wasn't Celeste anymore, that was for sure. And that was when Artemis first showed up ever since. After that, the scientists threw her out and instantly enrolled her in the military. They threatened her that if she did anything wrong, that they could kill her. That they had something inside of her that would explode at a push of a button. Now, Celeste serves under the military out of force and everynow and then, Artemis would come out to cause more misery, or to actually help, but that would only happen if their lives were at stake. Bio:Raizure grew up in a little village in the shadow of toran, it was a very poor place.
When he was about four, the village was demolished to make room for the new toran wing.
After living on the streets of toran, because his parants were killed, he met a man, about the age he is now.
The mans name was himora kenshin, Kenshin later adopted him, and toaght him the hiten mitsaruigi style.
About two years ago kenshin passed, and raizure was targeted.
But, thnking that hed be weak, hed easily struck down anyone that stood in his way.

She is also able to control some aspects of the air around her, meaning that she may change the air pressure, or create a wall of air to dodge attacks. This ability takes a lot of energy and concentration, therefore it is a rarely used technique, and is never used when she is transformed as a wolf.

Milo was born to kind parents, who cared about her well-being.
When she turned 9, everything changed. Her parents were killed by vampires, and she herself was almost murdered as well. The vampires had bit her, therefore tainting her blood. But she was saved by a young werewolf, who took pity upon her.
Milo became a werewolf, and left her old self behind her, awakening anew.
She is known to be confident, yet smart at the way she moves. She never chooses to charge into battle without a plan, unless it is a vampire.

Shale Shale sat in the back of the craft. He had paid this man to fly him to Toran so the AGR wouldn't find him too easily. Someone knocked on the door to his cabin "Sir, we'll be landing soon." he said then was gone. "Good." Shale said to himself. When they landed Shale walked off without a word to the ones who got him here. He looked around and saw many people of all races. He walked towards the market district.

james hid his m4a1 in a case as he walked by a guy that came off a craft "he,s got to be a agr officer" he said to his self as he walked to the market place were he meet up with some resistance solider,s that were wearing a red armband.

Shale As Shale was walking he passed by a AGR soldier. Luckily he didn't seem to recognize him. "Damn, I stand out in my uniform." he muttered "I'll just have to be careful."

james got the red armband on as three arg solider saw james and the resistance as james took the m4a1 out of the case it had a loaded clip in as he open fired as the resistance solider,s open fired at the arg solider,s. (gtg)

 Mizu Godai Mizu listened carefully for gunshots on the top of a building he to was wearing a red armband he had Masamura on his back and his M4 Colt commander at his side his hand was on the trigger to then he heard gun fire and he grabbed his Colt as he attached a scope to it this time he was sniping 'Come on where are you i wont hurt you much maybe just a bullet or two in you skull' he thought to himself chuckling a bit then he saw a guy in a AGR Uniform and he grinned 'I got you now' then he fired a few rounds at the guy and quickly hopped onto another building to avoid being caught as he took aim again he wanted to make sure he got the guy currently his eyes where that of a cold blooded killer bent on killing all who joined the AGR

james took a gernade from a dead agr and threw it at a group of mg crew as it blew up james said"fall back" as him and his men fled to the ally,s and got in a caputred apc armed with a 50 cal machine gun as james was in the gunner seat as the apc came out behind of the ally and drove off.

But it wasn't something to celebrate for. Even if she couldn't see them, she knew that she was being observed by those thick headed morons 24/7. and doubled the shifts on watching her on her days off. The young girl tsked under her breath, but her silver eyes showed sadness, but were quickly covered by an expressionless face. As she walked down a street, she could hear noises from the direction just in front of her. "What is that?" She asked outloud to herself. She had stopped walking and had a hand on her waist, where a broad sword in a crystal case lay resting for the next battle. Celeste started to turn around, but a small pounding force in her head stopped her. She winced a little, but she was now use to the feeling. Her worst enemy, but best ally wanted a say on her actions. "Oi, where do you think you're going? Turn around and go check it out! OR do you want me to do it for you?" THe hypnotising voice of Artemis, Celeste's 'other self', echoed throughout her head. Celeste narrowed her eyes just a bit and answered back, this time outloud to see how the scientists would react. "I'll turn around, but you're not coming out anytime soon." She turned on her heels and walked in a fast pace towards the commotions.
σnce at the scene, Celeste instantly knew there was trouble ahead, so she hid behind a building and peeked around the corner. Her eyes seemed to glow just a bit as she examined what was going on. A battle? She thought. "Let me out just once, Celeste, you know that it'll be a good cause for everyone." Artemis chuckled at the end and Celeste used all her will power to not respond. A hand on her sword, Celeste slightly stepped out from the corner to get a better look. Hmm, interesting. She thought, but stayed out of the commotion. Right now, she didn't want to get involved. It was her day off, anyway.

Shale Shale stayed behind cover a few seconds after the gunfire had ceased. He slowly came out and looked around there were dead AGR soldiers everywhere. "Damn the resistance." he muttered, shaking his head.
