"Mmkay, kiddo? Are you ready to go?"
"Yeah, yeah let's go!!" The enthusiastic reply came from what appeared to be a plush bundle of jackets and scarf, but under further inspection the green button nose of Nova could be spotted. Ever since he had seen the commercial for the tubing resort on the television, he'd been patiently pestering his daddy to take him. Thank goodness he finally got to go!
He didn't even mind the layers and layers of clothes his momma made sure that he put on to make sure that he didn't catch a chill - if anything, they were like a big cozy shell, much better than his blanket could ever be. Though he still loved his blanket very much.
Awkwardly, but not lacking in energy, Nova shuffled his way towards the line, tugging his daddy along by the sleeve. "C'mon, c'mon, let's go!" As they got closer, Nova's wide eyes grew even wider at the sight of the huge path of snow stretching out above him. If he squinted, he could see big black splotches sliding down the hill super fast, with happy yelling people riding on them! Pretty soon he'd be sliding down the soft snow too, just as soon as he got back this line. Shaking a little with excitement, he grinned up at his daddy. "Are you ready? Are you 'cited?"
"Of course I'm 'cited, silly boy," Deux replied with a soft green, glancing down to pat his newest son's head before rummaging in his jacket for his wallet, eventually drawing out a pair of very crumpled twenties.

Elaine was not overly found of the cold. She loved the warmth of her candy shop and she was not found of the idea of her young boy sliding around in tubes down the snow. She knew it was fun but it was also so dangerous. They were one of the biggest causes of injuries to people during winter. But everyone deserved a chance to slide down the snow. So here she was with her young son at a big tubing resort. With them both dressed up warm and ready to face the snowy slopes. She smiled looking over the lines to the smaller slopes set aside for the younger children.
Achille followed his mother looking around at all the other people running around. It was so busy and he was so bundled up he did not feel a bit of the cold. "We be sliding down dat?" He asked his dark eyes wide.
Elaine smiles and gives a nod, "Wee sir we are once we make it up to the end of dis line."
