When I'm baking I get a lot of inspiration from Mary Berry. While a lot of her recipes are unsuitable for me to make, I love the complexity and attention to detail in her baking.

Otherwise I find the Great British Bake Off and it's respective cookery books brilliant for getting ideas for more unusual recipes.

Ching He Huang inspires me a lot because I love making Asain food, specifically Chinese. Aside from her almost everyone who passionately enjoys cooking inspires me to be better.
