The Great British Bake Off is back this month for it's third series! I love this program. It takes a set of amateur bakers and sets them against each other in weekly challenges to test their technique, knowledge and imagination.

Some of the things they end up making are really odd but it's a great program for inspiration on flavour combinations you wouldn't normally try and to pick up tips on how to improve your baking.
