What are your favourite things to do with brownies?

I have an old recipe I always use. It's really simple, I got it when I was in primary so it had to be, but it's really tasty and makes wonderfully gooey brownies.

I started experimenting with different things to do with it and ended up making a brownie based vanilla cheesecake!

I really like cheesecake brownies. smile I once made some with miniature chocolate chips and almond extract, and they were really good.

I love brownies because there is so much to do with them. I've made lots of variations with just one basic brownie recipe. Sometimes I make a peanut butter filling, sometimes I make caramel brownies, sometimes I make mint frosting and melt some chocolate, pour it over the top and make mint chocolate brownies.
