She also likes building things, mostly to make life easier for her friends and family but sometimes just to annoy or prank people. Like the little mouse-bot she used to freak her mom out with.
Dancing - Quinn loves to move her body. Whenever she can, she's dancing whether it's to some random song on the radio or the music in her head. When she's alone in her apartment, she will turn up her music loud and dance until she's breathless. Her favorite way to dance is out with her friends in dance clubs. Virtues: Loyal - Much like a mother bear will fight or kill to save her cubs, so will Quinn when those she cares about are in trouble or danger. She's a "hit first, ask questions later" kind of girl. There is nothing she wouldn't do for her friends and family. Her loyalty has never been a "Wait, let me think" kind of thing. It's an instant reaction and she's never been able to stop herself from acting first. This loyalty doesn't always have to be a life or death kind of thing. If she's with a friend and someone picks a fight, she'll always be on the side of her friend even if she thinks they're wrong. Later, she'll talk to her friend about it but always in private, never in public.
Energetic - She's always been a high energy person, and she puts that energy into her work and hobbies. The effect is that she gets everything done quickly and (usually) efficiently. She used to get on her brothers' nerves all the time, even when they were kids. If someone tells her or she realizes it's getting on someone's nerves, she'll try to tone it down. If she's had a particularly busy or somehow draining day (whether it's emotional or physical) she'll crash once she gets home or somewhere she feels relatively safe. When she does crash, she usually sleeps for a while, anywhere from 4 to 10 hours or more. If she can't sleep or if someone wakes her before she wakes herself, she can be quite irritable. Flaws: Sarcastic - She always had a smart mouth, but the numerous moves in her life made it worse until now, most of what comes out of her mouth is snark and attitude. It's very rare that something plainly said will come out her mouth and when it does, it's usually regarded as something sarcastic anyway. This has a tendency to get her in trouble with people, but she almost seems to use it as a defense mechanism. She likes to be around people, but she doesn't like to get close to many people and her sarcasm coupled with her bluntness works well to keep herself at a distance from others. This isn't to say she won't get close to people, it just takes time.
Blunt - She calls it like she sees it. Usually she can tell if it's something that will hurt coming out, but not always. If it's something sensitive she might soften the blow, but it's still coming. It has gotten her into trouble with people in the past, people who don't appreciate her bluntness. Sometimes she'll apologize for not being delicate, but she's not going to sugarcoat everything she says. It doesn't really bother her if people don't like it, it's just the way she is and she doesn't see a need to change it. PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION Eyes: Violet, wide almond shaped, playful and teasing. Hair: Short, messy, white (though she does like to add color sometimes, usually blues), she uses barettes to keep her hair out of her face, matching her outfit of the day. Face: Heart shaped Clothes: Tight jeans, short skirts, corsets, tank tops, sneakers, belts/anything with a buckle. Anything that bares her stomach and consequently her navel piercing. She also has a tongue ring, a nose stud, and hoops on either side of her lower lip. She is never without her oldest brother's dog tags.

 Senshi: Sailor Sinope, Senshi of Heat Challenge: Ooh, want some ice for that burn? Fuku Colour: Main Color: Red Secondary Color: Gold Fuku: See ref to the right~ Any mandatory fuku items not shown on her ref can be artist discretion/discussed. Ref is a loose interpretation of what I want her to look like. Desert theme, because...heat. Collar -- White, with one gold stripe and one red stripe. Bow -- Artist Discretion Bodice -- Artist Discretion, with ref in mind. Sleeves -- N/A Brooch -- Artist Discretion Bottoms -- Asymmetrical tied on skirt with small golden coins dangling around the edges. Tiara -- Small golden typical tiara Choker -- Gold metal covering her neck Shoes -- Strappy gold heels Gloves -- No Accessories -- See anklets/bracelets/rings/veil in ref. Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Sweltering Sauna [Defensive/Distraction] Sinope uses heat waves to cause her target to become uncomfortably hot. These heat waves come from the ground and start off as a small fog with a minor spike in temperature, gradually building up in temperature and thickness until her opponent is sweating and unable to see into the fog. Temperature range is 80-90 degrees. The fog is great for a nice distraction in which Sinope can use to make a hasty escape. This attack usually lasts for about a 30 seconds, and the temperature gradually builds every five seconds. The hottest temperature peaking at 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the fog dissipates fairly quickly (10-15 seconds). This attack has a range of 10 feet if she's targeting a single person and 5 feet if she's trying to target a small group. She needs at least 1 minute to cool down [2 posts] and she can do this 3 times in a battle. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Sauna Supernova [Offensive] In this move, Sinope's heat waves and fog burns hotter and longer. This attack causes her target to become dizzy and overheated. The fog created from her heatwaves starts off at about 85-90 degrees and gradually increases to 95-100 degrees every five seconds. This fog usually lasts about 60 seconds, the temperature peaking at about 45 seconds. Characters will now begin to feel some symptoms of heatstroke; these may include confusion, nausea, vomiting, rapid breathing, headache, lightheadedness or cramps. This attack does not affect Sinope aside from feeling the rise temperature. After 60 seconds, the fog takes about 30 seconds to dissipate, but the temperature drops quickly leaving mostly a thick fog. This attack has a range of 20 feet if she's targeting a single person, and 10 feet if she's targeting a small group. She needs at least 90 seconds to cool down [3 posts] and she can do this twice in a battle. Eternal Sailor Attack: Heat Burst! Combustion! [Offensive] For her eternal attack, Sinope will snap her fingers, causing the air around her target to heat up very quickly and causing her target to feel like they've been set on fire without actually being on fire. This attack has a range of 40 feet which can be devastating for small groups and over kill for just one person. This attack will last for 60 seconds. Sinope can only use this move once. It requires massive amounts of energy and she will be highly exhausted afterward and pretty much useless for the rest of the fight. She will only use this as a last ditch effort, and never if she's alone. The downside to this move is that team mates are screwed if they get caught in the radius.

Family Father: Joseph Allen Charbonneau
Quinn loves her father dearly. That being said, they butt heads constantly. Her mother says it's because they're so much alike. Joseph is a Baptist pastor and has high standards for his family, expecting everyone to be prim and proper, at least in public. Quinn is none of that, ever. She has her own ideas about everything, and tries to have civil discussions with her father but they always end up in a screaming match.
Mother: Summer Daniella Charbonneau (nee Stewart)
Summer is the perfect pastor's wife. She's an excellent mediator, especially when it comes to her husband and only daughter. She loves them both dearly, but they can exasperate even her sometimes. Quinn confides in her mother because she knows that Summer will never judge her harshly or tell her she has to change her ways like her father would. Sadly, after the death of her eldest son, Quinn stopped confiding in anyone and became emotionally unavailable, avoiding serious emotional attachments at all costs.
Eldest Brother: Matthew Allen Charbonneau (Deceased)
Matthew was almost 10 years older than Quinn, and she worshiped him as her hero. He was everything she wanted to be when she grew up, and she worked to make him proud of her. She told him everything, and he was patient with her, helping her through problems and fights she had with friends. Like their mother, Matthew could be an objective mediator. At 18, he joined the military and his family couldn't have been prouder of him. At 19, he was sent to a war zone overseas. His family wrote him letters constantly and sent care packages for him and his unit. At 22, on his second tour, Matthew's unit was ambushed on a routine patrol. Few of his unit survived the attack, and the ones that did said they owed their lives to Matthew. Quinn was never the same after they learned of his death, and she never takes off his dog tags.
Middle Brother: Canaan Daniel Charbonneau
Canaan is 5 years older than Quinn, but he's just like their father though he's not quite as aggressive about his beliefs. He doesn't agree with the way Quinn acts, and wishes she would be more of a lady like their mother. They don't really get along, but they can be around each other and not want to kill each other. Quinn loves Canaan, but she wishes he would back off on the whole "lady" thing. She is who she is, and he'll never be able to change that.
Youngest Brother: Austin Ezra Charbonneau
Closest in age to Quinn, Austin is only 2 years younger than she is. She loves to hang out with Austin and tends to spoil him when she can. He's kind of a nerd, and she teases him a lot but it's always with love. He believes a lot like Quinn does, but he's much less vocal about it. She doesn't quite confide in him the way she used to with their mom and eldest brother, but currently Austin is the family member she is closest to and sees the most.
