I tend to sing, or make verbal noises when I feel anxious or...I don't even know why sometimes, the emotions behind it change but it does get worse when I'm anxious.
Is this stimming? And if so is there anything I can do to change it? I get really self-conscious about it because of how it sounds(my social anxiety acts up and reminds me that EVERYONE HEARD ME MAKE THAT NOISE after hangouts with people) and I think I read somewhere that you can change the way you stim....I was just wondering if that was true.
