Power Description: By placing the palms of her hands on an individual's body, Rosewater can detect and identify abnormalities in their heart's rhythm; she can then correct it by using varying degrees of electric shock produced from her palms.
Weakness: The ease at reading pulses varies based on where her palm is resting (chest, forearm, and neck being naturally easier to use than, say, the back). Her sensitivity to these and her degree of accuracy in diagnoses will improve with time and experience. Reading pulses does not have a physical energy cost, but is highly mentally taxing and may still exhaust her in that way.
Producing electricity, however, is very physically taxing. Overuse could result in extreme fatigue, dizziness, or loss of consciousness. Her hands must be in the proper locations for it to be most effective. While she may inherently know the general areas as part of her ability, with time and experience she will be able to fine-tune it and her power will become more effective. She will also need to practice control to produce improve the accuracy of shock intensity, duration, and frequency.
