Sappho was not necessarily trying to cause trouble. She did not, in fact, like trouble on the whole. It mostly just found her, minding her own business, doing Dark Mirror things, like collecting little weensy very normal totally missable amounts of energy from people. Like, nobody needed all their energy all the time, and the Negaverse certainly took way more than their fair share, so honestly, people sohuld be mad at them, not at her.
These were all things she had in her head as she sat in a tucked away park bench, watching her little mirrorwraith--vaguely fox-shapepd with long rabbity ears--dart around and find people to drain.
And then there was the ******** twink in some kind of fancy suit. She wasn't sure what about him caught her eye, butt he look was so Off that she was entirely certain he had to be magical. And maybe, just maybe, she was getting tired of being attacked for doing things she didn't do. So maybe, she had decided to actually do something.
She gestured towards him, and her mirrorwraith took off, diving through him and then coming back for a second pass before racing off back to her.

Kinsey had powered up, on his way home, having decidd that he did not infact want to return home. He didn't have school the next day and that meant he could do whatever he wanted tonight, or damn near close to it, so he'd decided that he would going to his wonder and would simply spend the night. He'd been bringing things there, from finished projects to parts, he now had a pile of bedding and pillows up there and while there was no mattress he could sleep up there. The only issue, in his mind, was the lack of running water for a shower and brushing his teeth but honestly he just did not want to return home. School had been a mess, for as anti social as he was, someone had noticed him and decided to try and pick on him including shoving him into a locker hard enough that he was sure his cheek was bruised. He hadn't taken the time to look, he didn't want to give the a*****e the attention by conerning himself with his face, so he;d ignored it all day.
Now he wanted to escape this planet and be somewhere that he could just exist in peace, and do his homework of course. All would have gone well if not for the lack of energy, he knew someone chaos as nearby but had they really grabbed his energy too? How he didn't know, being unaware of the dark mirror court, but a look around landed him with the cause for his inability to travel. Her outfit stood out making her a dead giveaway, of course she was hiding on a bench watching, but he was heading over as he summoned his walking stick with the intent of smakcing her with it for putting a stop to his plans.
He needed off this damn planet!

Well, apparently Sappho's little provocation had worked. She let her mirrorwraith come back and dive into its mirrorshard, and as he stormed over to her, carrying some kind of very unfun-looking walking stick, she realized very rapidly that she might have done something both incredibly stupid and potentially dangerous. Sure, he probably wasn't Negaverse, but that didn't mean he couldn't smack her with a stick, and oh boy that sounded incredibly unpleasant.
So she took a sharp breath, and called on her magic.
"Violet Purity!" A little wink, a blown kiss, and she looked up at him with the biggest, most innocent eyes she could manage.
"Hey, there, friend, I think we maybe have a little misunderstanding?"
God she hoped this worked, or she was going to get her a** kicked.Sleet Tempest Snape Sappho speaks the name of her attack, winks, and blows a kiss at one opponent within eight feet of her. A spiral of violet petals swirls around them, and they find that suddenly, Sappho seems significantly more innocent and harmless, and significantly less dangerous. This attack last for 35 seconds, and can be used twice per battle.

He knew senshi had magic, and she was a senshi of some sort, but that didn't mean he was ready for the magic which hit him as he got closer to her. The wink, the blown kiss, and just as he was about to say something the magic struck and his words stumbled before they could even really escape. What came instead, after hesitation, was a somewhat confused responce. "Yeah, a misunderstanding..." Trailing off as he glanced about, before his pale eyes settled back on her.
"What was going on....?" More confusion, this wasn't normal for him, as he stood ther blinking before stepping back. Something was wrong, so very wrong, he was never concerned for others. Whatever he was feeling...was it honest and right?
"Who are you?"

Sappho kept her most innocent smile plastered on her face and prayed that she could get some distance before her magic wore off. She stood up, very carefully moving to put the bench between them, but leaned on the back of it like everything was totally chill and casual and they were just having a nice, friendly little chat.
"Oh, don't worry about who I am," she said, waving a hand as if to brush the concern away. "But I promise, I'm no threat to you at all! And you definitely don't want to fight me."
She knew she was inches from it's my birthday, I'm a little birthday boy, do you want to hit a little birthday boy?, but she didn't care. Dignity was not a concern. Not getting into a fight that she had totally started being a petty little brat was.
"Why don't you turn around and go back to what you were doing, and we forget we ever met each other? Nobody's done anything they can't take back yet, after all."

Nodding his head slowly in agreement with whatever she was saying, something abut not being a threat and not fighting, he was certain she was right because why would he want to fight? He just wanted to leave and let her be in peace; why wouldn't he? So the suggestion made complete sense to him, it was why he so easily watched her leave...and moved to leave as well.
"Yeah, no reason to fight. You have a good night." And maybe she was far enough away, maybe he was, but when her magic wore off and he suddenly remembered everything it was luck that was there for her. Luck that kept him from going after her. Now he just had to wander, he had nothing else to do and he did not want to return home. He was also certain he didn't have enough energy to get to space like he wanted. This night, this day, it just wasn't what he wanted at all.
Next time, if there ever was one, that he saw her....he would smack her for this.At least he was certain of that right now, even though he didn't care enough to fight. He really just didn't care about anything, nto one bit, to be honest.
