Hobbies:

Gardening: For Henry, gardening is a good way to clear his head. Plants aren't like people. They have exacting needs that he can take care of and they won't cuss him out for saying something incorrectly, nor will they hug him and cry. It's quiet and alone in a way he likes.

Piano: As another activity that Henry can enjoy alone, he adores piano. It's the only time he feels like he understands emotions deep in his soul. Creating music lets him vent feelings out and get out of his own head.

Yarn Crafting: Henry likes to spin yarn, dye it with natural dye he makes from local plants, and then knit it all together into various projects. Each step of the process requires a lot of focus and care. Experimenting with the colors is his favorite part.

Virtues:

Determination: Henry will always see his goals through. Whether it's about a case that's landed on his desk, or simply going grocery shopping, he always get right to it and work hard on solving the case, getting his chores done, etc. He doesn't delay.

Integrity: Henry holds himself to a high moral standard and does not bend or break it. Breaking his own rules rarely, if ever, crosses his mind, and he's always quick to shut those thoughts down. When he promises something, he delivers on that promise and he takes no bribes.

Flaws:

Tactless: Henry isn't very good with emotions. He has a very dry, direct way of speaking that comes off as careless, even when he's trying to be sympathetic. There's no beating around the bush or euphemisms.

Rigid: Henry very, very rarely changes his mind on a subject. Once he's decided something, he sticks to it without a mountain of evidence to the contrary. Even when bending the rules would benefit everyone, he absolutely refuses to, sticking to a more black-and-white way of handling things.

Sailor Scout Attack: Observe
When Nestor speaks the name of his attack, enemies will be placed under investigation. Allies will be more likely to notice specific weak points in their enemies (with player approval), and will be able to better predict attacks and how to avoid them.. This boosts their chances to land a winning hit or otherwise calculate the best way to win a fight. It has a radius of 10 feet and lasts for 30 seconds. The magic can be used three times per battle.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Investigate
When Nestor speaks the name of his attack, enemies will be placed under investigation. Allies will be more likely to notice specific weak points in their enemies (with player approval), and will be able to better predict attacks and how to avoid them. This boosts their chances to land a winning hit or otherwise calculate the best way to win a fight. Enemies may notice that they're under scrutiny, and may be more inclined to make mistakes, at player discretion. It has a radius of 15 feet, lasts for 35 seconds, and can be used twice per battle.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Just One More Thing
As Nestor speaks the name of his attack, all enemies within radius will strongly feel like they're under investigation and some wrongdoing or crime they have committed is about to be revealed. Enemies may feel a wave of panic overcome them, and are more prone to making mistakes. Targets may feel an overwhelming sensation of impeding doom, like they are caught and cannot escape, which may result in paranoia or desperation. The magic can be used once, has a radius of 20 feet and lasts for 45 seconds.

Backstory/History: After the death of his beloved Adrastea, Heinrich lost himself in investigating his murder. The more he unraveled, the more deeply he become entrenched in things he didn't—couldn't—understand. Eventually, he discovered a sadistic cult, playing with an artifact of Chaos, and in his fury and haste to take them down before they could do more harm, he ended up releasing the Chaos himself and dooming his planet. It slowly permeated the atmosphere, spreading to everyone like an airborne virus. It was little things at first. Forgetting a doctor's appointment here and there, not locking the door of one's home, stuff like that. But it got bigger. And bigger. People forgot to go to work. People forgot to eat. People forgot how to live, and died where they were, vacant and numb.
