Masako waved a hello back and released her marill, who almost amediately was scratched by the greenish charamander. She got quickly got back to her feet and is ready for my command.

Maria was knocked back and rolled like a beachball, but got back up.
"Ok Maria, tackle again!"

Charmander used a small burst of energy to avoid the oncoming tackle just in time. When the small marril went by her though, his claws raked down upon it

Marill cried out in pain, but was determined not to lose to this charamander a second time and tackled again

The tackle was a hit this time. Battered, the charmander shook his head before stepping forth to exsicute another scratch attack.

Once again, Maria was knocked down and was unable to get back up. I walked up to her and gently picked her up.
