 The Mirror Lake Garden
The Mirror Lake Garden has beautiful shining magical lakes, fountains, ponds, and waterfalls, and all day long the place is abuzz with the pleasing sounds of water on rock and earth.
Feel free to dip your feet in the blossom-filled calm waters, take a bath in the lake (please mind your clothes and privacy!), relax your mind with some fishing in one of the little boats provided! Or perhaps you would like to have a picnic under the permanent full rainbows scattered throughout the garden, or read a book while being distracted by the magical fishes by the brook!
Please be very careful though.. some of the waters can be treacherous and darkly magical, Llithe have been known to disappear into mysterious dark patches in the water never to be seen again! Also.. it is common knowledge here to ignore any sound of beautiful and mysterious singing beckoning you.. besides Llithe and Whisperers, the old spirits enjoy this place also.
Here you can find Caer, Llithe of Swanfeather.

Caer dipped her feet into the clear stream, humming to herself. She cherished her privacy but have heard about the new Spirits in the Evercommon Garden. 'I wonder if I should go join them', she thought. 'But Dawnsong does get so chatty that it's hard to keep up with her.' She lay on the grass and savored the sweet cold wind, thinking about her friend. She fancied she heard voices in the air but ignored them, for there are always voices here. Yet, she felt abit happier knowing that there will soon be new friends to talk to. It will be a matter of time before the thousand gardens is fun and jovial once more, back in the days when the Promise Princess was around.

Anahrii swept out of the garden she had been and entered another. It was so beautiful! Just like the last! She floated around happily, savoring the sights of the garden, the sounds. The colors washed upon her like a waterfall. The spirit giggled. I really like this place, she thought.

Caer noticed the new Spirit in the garden and wondered briefly whether it was one of the evil ones that beckon the fairies into the deep waters to be swallowed forever. She concentrated and saw the gentle spirit wavering in and out of sight, and the gentle giggles and knew that it is one of the peaceful ones. 'That's good,' she thought. 'I wouldn't tolerate any of the evil spirits in this garden!'

Anahrii froze, and spun her gaze around, searching for the somthing she had just seen. "Hellooooo?" she called. She hoped it wasn't somthing bad. But a feeling inside her told her otherwise. She bobbed in and out, around trees and rocks, trying to find who she had seen.

Airlia sat in the middle of the crystal clear lake upon one of the lagest lilies she had seen. The flower neither bent nor became crushed under her non-existant weight, spirit as she was. She was looking down into the reflective waters she noticed they showed everything above its surface, except for her. If she but had them her lips would have shown a small sad smile. Solitude had its own luxuries, and she had a voice at least but one could never replace or find a reflection. Dimly aware of the limitless ways she could 'see' and 'turn' she tracked the path of a fish swimming past until it disappeared into more darker parts of the water, for a moment she continued 'looking' for it. A flash of silver scale here and there, the tip of a fin out the corner of her eye but at last she gave up and looked back down at the undisturbed water....
Not so undisturbed now! A small ripple ran its length across the mirrored surface and she thought perhaps that had been what had sent the fish scampering away, though it had seemed so small it shouldn't have scared the poor thing. Somewhere not far away she sensed another passing spirit and...a Llithe? Of course, Caer. The startling beautifull Llithe was known to be seen around the shores of the mirror lake garden and it made sense that it would be she to send some sort or 'pulse' through the waters. A more heartfelt pulse of her own indicated the way she felt about this fact and she returned her eyeless gaze back to the water, singing ever so softly. It would easily be carried across the lake by the wind, for what else is there for a lone spirit to do but sing to herself? "Like suddenly noticing the sound of birds for the first time. Upon awakening in the morning, I finally noticed how cold this cheek was Upon being gently touched..."

Another physical form? What was this? Anah did what a person with eyes would do, and sort of blinked. Well she would have f she could. She sped to the shores of the lake and couldnt believe what she could see. "Wowee!" she said, in the way Spirits could speak.
